Not at all true. My all time favorite proposal scene was the way Aish proposes to Mammootty. That was the moment she realized looks aren’t everything. Aish looking angelic added more beauty and poetic touch to that scene. Tabu and Ajith made a good pair in my opinion. Tabu was more mature which depicted her role of a selfless family / lover first independent woman correctly.
No. If you understand the movie, the pair was perfect. Tabu fit very well in the role of a selfless independent woman. Ajith was more immature than her which was the point of the movie. Aish with ajith would’ve spoiled the feel of the movie. Aish ending up with Mammootty was poetic. Casting was perfect in the movie. Initially Parthiban was considered for Mammootty’s role but thankfully that didn’t happen.

Agree bro Ajith and Tabu. I am a fan of Thala. But I felt the same. Tabu was more masculine than Ajith nu thonuch. Not body shaming but as a pair work agala. Both separately superb they would have acted. Ajith acted with meena too tat was also kinda off ok. But this pair was not complementing each other. Simran should have done tat role.
