I seem to recall hearing that the reason that the New Age Outlaws/Acolytes tag title match at Royal Rumble 2000 was so short and rubbish was that Road Dogg was ill on the day of the show. Apparently, he just clung to the bottom rope during the rumble match itself for the same reason.

I think it will either go back to 1993 (the year Raw started) or 1984 (the year of the first Wrestlemania). And after that, yeah they will probably do Best Matches of X Year.

I actually quite liked the Outlaws vs Acolytes sprint, the Clothesline sell from Billy Gunn was nuts. Bit weird that they won the title shot a whole PPV before only to get a couple of minutes though tbf.

After watching mania 2000 hardcore title match and later no way out 08. Honestly imo, big vis was a underrated giant. I mean in the true giants wwe dvd, i think they did not even mentioned him. Show some respect wwe to the "worlds largest" loving machine

1999 ok here is the hot take some of the ppv from that year were bad and this is probably the worst year of the attitude era: Royal rumble match Taker vs big boss man hell in a cell Debra vs sable Kennel from hell Mr mcmahon vs shamrock(why because what the match was is if someone help mcmahon they are fired) Most of survivor series(including that main event robbing us) Big show vs boss man Am I missing anything else

I get its 2023. But can we stop acting like barley dressed divas from 98-06 wasnt an absolutely HUGE hit? Yes "match wise" they are terrible. But go ask anyone how loud the pop was when Torrie Wilson ender up in her underwear and tell me WWE didnt make a crap ton of money from those segments, as well as the divas involved. Because of doing these things on tv, some of the women got to be in playboy, muscle mags, and other modeling gigs where they made absolute bank and were able to build their name from it. Hate all you want but they knew what they were doing and were happy to do so.
