I did not imagine ten years ago today when I created this channel, that my life would be turned upside down because of it. In the last decade I’ve made lasting friendships, had bucket-list adventures, and found a community that I am forever grateful for. Thank you for joining me for this incredible ten year ride and I cannot wait to see what the future brings us. I couldn’t have done it without you :)

Oh, I liked Lily's, Connor's, Hannah's and Liza's video's the most. Lily's was so genuine Connor's was so personal (if you've been reading his books you'll understand better) Hannah was so sweet And Liza couldn't help but slip in a few jokes. Hey Tyler. I don't know if you remember me from camp this year but I told you this at camp too, I was paralyzed for a portion of my life and your videos were one of the only things that kept me motivated when I was in the hospital. I spent months at a time in the hospital and in rehab and, this might sound crazy and I'm sorry, but when I took my first steps in rehab, I walked to a computer where your video was playing. You have helped me in so many ways and I want to say thank you and thank you for being so amazing and sweet at camp this summer :) Hope to see you at camp next year!

My favorite memory with you: seeing you in the line for security at the Charlotte airport like 2 years ago. We made eye contact and I' had been watching you for so long I thought we were old friends and made a face like "oh my god! Great to see you" then I remembered I was a total stranger to you and felt really awkward and looked away lmao. When I looked back you were beet red too and I knew you knew exactly what went down. I should have just said hi but man I freaked out. I couldn't watch your videos for awhile afterward without cringing at my own awkwardness! Hilariously weird experience that probably happens to you all the time, but it's stuck with me so thought I'd finally share. Congrats, Tyler! You're incredible and we're all glad you're here.

I'm from India. I was having a real hard time, there was a crisis, me and my girlfriend got caught by her parents.. I tried to ring up a lot of helplines but no one picked up. That was the time when you released Chosen Family. It was my greatest support, you made me believe in a Future, you made me feel comfortable in my own skin, you instiled the pride in me, and today I'm one of the core members of the first Queer Collective to be formed in any college of Delhi University, and I'm openly gay to all my classmates. I've realised that if you're comfortable and confident with who you are, if you embrace your own identity, no one can question you, no one can bring you down, and all their criticism falters. Thank you so much, Tyler, for everything. You are truly and inspiration and a support. And there's hope, we might get legalised here in India soon ✌

Bitch, I feel you. I admit to not having watched a Tyler video in a good year or two, but I saw this in my recommended and I knew I had to and look at me- tearing up two minutes in. I remember years ago when Tyler was my favorite RU-vidr to watch and he'd make my day every day. He truly inspired me and brought a whole amount of happiness in my life.
