Thank you for talking about living 100+ years. This makes me proud of my Ethiopian side. Most of my friends who are also African tell me they have relatives who passed away at 100, 105, 115, etc. One of my great grandmothers passed away at 100, and was driving until 92 with ease. Dying in your 50’s, 60’s and 70’s isn’t normal.
Not sure. Living as an old person doesn't seems to be fun. I say life is done when your youth is gone. I wouldn't like to live to get baggy skin and muscles, wrinkles and all together where you can't recognize yourself in mirror.
@@FashKhet But you know there is plenty of people out there who are on this type of diet and not on steroids. They are not even working out and say this changed the way they feel, and their life improved a lot.
I find it interesting that he said we're supposed to live 120 years. I know someone else who said that...And the Lord said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.” Genesis 6:3

Perfect diet for me...down 40lbs...IBS gone, skin clear, blood pressure no longer high 120/81 and doing this diet as a truck driver. Wish i had found this yrs ago.
This has been an eye-opening video and completely changed my perspective! I’m going pure carnivore! I’m 325 lbs and have a few small health issues. I will be losing 150 lbs and rid myself of those ailments within the next year! Mark my words. I’ll be back to add to this post to prove it. Thank you Lillie and Dr Chaffee!!! 🤘😎👍
You won’t regret it, I started about 4 1/2 months ago and I’ve fixed so many issues I’ve suffered with for yearsToo many to mention. I was always eating clean, no processed food etc, we have been fed so many lies. I wish you so much success, remember, you can’t eat too much meat or animal fat. ❤️
Dr Chaffee started me on this type of diet, literally. I met him during my medical appointment in Perth Australia. After the appointment I started eating meat only, for a week. However I was sceptical, but when my IBS gone away in that week I started believing in it. Since than I lost 11kg , my blood pressure gone down to normal and feel excellent.
@@veganix6757 well nothing else worked, except this. As I said my B P also decreased to normal levels, cca 115/80, so one major risk for hard diesase eliminated, short of miracle, if you ask me. Also some additional benefits, no cramping in muscles,. I used to get cramps after tennis, no more, just crazy amazing and unbelievable. I used to follow dietary guidelines, but I am afraid I can't go there any more,.
The problem is that his information is incredibly biased... And the only reason ANYONE watches him is because of his looks and his physique, which prbly isn't even natural
@@ghost9-9ghostyeah you are referring to the attractiveness halo effect. I think it is totally reasonable to prefer listening to someone who looks fit and healthy though for lifestyle and diet advice. But yeah you shouldn't follow any one person. Take info from multiple sources and most importantly listen to your own body
Old school (bronze and silver era) bodybuilding and the stuff going on today have very little in common. Old school bodybuilders were strong, healthy, and most of them lived to pretty respectable ages (or are still around).
I'm 64 been body building since 30 so 34 years, as I aged my muscles we big but no gains really after 50, last year went Keto, then now mostly Carnavore, it's crazy my muscle gains are better now than any time, and gut fat is wearing off ,:less aches and pain's
I am 62. I have been KETO for 2 years and carnivore for 1. I feel like I am 20! I am in perfect health, no meds, and very active and athletic. I am 5' 8" 185. I have been a bricklayer for 46 years, so I have been lifting heavy stuff for a long time.
The interviews you are doing are getting better and better--and they started well. This guy is GREAT. You are a terrific interviewer too, because you let the experts speak, but still contribute where appropriate. Fantastic job, Lillie.
Wow, thank you so much for the kind message Travis. I actually don't have a mom & dad but it makes me so happy to know others are getting joy from content. Thanks for the smile, I hope to bring more your way :)
You think her parents would be proud that she takes people's money despite not having any real qualifications to give health advice? Dunno...that seems unethical to me
Wow, he’s explaining perfectly all the pitfalls I had with carnivore and why. Awesome talk. I love his non-caffeinated demeanor. Calm, clear, energetic
Outstanding interview! I am 62 and 9 days carnivore. I got shot in my left sholder when young the pain over the past 15 years has been insane. I have been perscribed so many pain pills and got to a point i could not turn my head left. Without pain. Would hold my arm above my head for hours to get relief. I am in shock how quickly the pain left my body. In just 9 days. But before trying this all meat diet. I honestly thought it was kinda crazy. I am alert fog is gone. I can turn my head my arm no longer hurts. My energy level is great.. it is worth an honest try.. good luck if you do.
I’m 63 thinking about doing this. I have so many aches and pains. From what I gather you basically get your energy from fat NOT carbs. So it’s very important to eat enough fat. I’m still outweighing pro vs con. Also what about peanuts they ok to eat on carnivore diet?
I am still doing it.. The removal of so much sugar has me now at a point I just cannot drink or eat any real sweet things.. but mobility and energy not mention better sleep.. I really love the energy part.. I don't ever get sleepy after eating. And another odd side effect.. I eat alot of steak and hamburger.. never feel over full or energy dragging me down.... the wake up with energy is another cool part.. But..... I still sometimes get cravings to be honest. But the energy and movement is worth me turning those things away. So far...
I started doing Keto in February and I am currently in between Keto and Carnivore but leaning more and more toward pure carnivore. This was an A+ interview with Dr. Chaffee. You asked all the questions I wanted answered. Thanks!
hey great information, I'm a NZ organic beef farmer, grass only and home kill many beef every year. the yellow fat is far more to do with the breed of cow, the most yellow is a Jersey cow and some other breeds will have all white fat even on a 100 percent grass diet.
It’s nice to see an interview that isn’t two hours long. He hit the points that matter in less than 40 minutes. Perfect. 1. Eat meat 2. No plants, no sugar, nothing artificial; including drinks, supplements and seasonings. 3. Dairy only WITH meat and it should be treated as an OCCASION.
I'm living proof that he is correct. When I was young I followed all the mainstream nutritional advice. Low fat. High complex carbs. Traing constantly. At 43 had a heart attack while riding a triathlon. After tons of research for 20 years I found that sugar was my lynch pin. My lipids were always very low but my a1c was a little high. Once I recognized that sugar was an issueI avoided carbs and never had another issue. I'm in the cardiology field and only a small percentage of heart patients have high lipids. However they all have elevated A1c.
Look how GREAT he looks and look at his skin!! He's 42!! 42 is young, but he looks like today's 30. I wish you both a long and healthy life and thanks for sharing this wonderful video with us. Oh and GREAT questions by Lillie! You asked every question I was thinking to ask. Thanks again!!!!
He has amazing genes. I'm the same way I'm 37 and look 24. I eat nothing but sugar and junk. Hopefully I can stick with this diet. I've never been on a diet and my metabolism finally slowed down and I gained 30 pounds.

I really hope your little passive aggressive quips are able to carry you through the metabolic nightmare that is coming to you if you refuse to listen to the truth being presented here. I have a (supposedly) incurable, genetic connective tissue disorder which had me nearly bedbound at one point. Almost two years later, the more carnivore I go, the less my pain and better my nutrient absorption. Fat, weak, diabetic people (including doctors) who keep watching me improve while trying to tell me that my diet is “dangerous” are tragically hilarious.
Come on, person, I'm 55 years old and I've been vegan for 14 years and vegetarian 20 years or so before that. Thankfully I'm in excellent health. I have friends who've been vegan 30 or 40 years. I know one guy, Mike Fremont (look him up) who's been vegan since he was in his early 60's -- he's 101 and still runs. That's all anecdotal, I know. But I think by if the "metabolic nightmare" was looming, it would have struck us by now. The peer reviewed epidemiology, RCT's, mendelian and twin studies all show that most animal products are atherogenic. Your lifestyle increases all cause mortality risk by a significant margin, period, full stop. Of course it's accurate to characterize it as dangerous -- and is a menace to the animals and the environment. So deny it all you want. It gives me no pleasure to say, it's probably going to get you too -- and it has definitely cut short the life of someone you care about. Hopefully you'll wise up one day and choose a whole food, plant based diet, eating lots of different fruits and vegetables, especially greens, and while minimizing salt, oil and sugar -- before it's too late. Happy New Year. @@t1mpani

I want to thank both Lillie and Dr. Chaffee for this amazing video. Being new to carnivore and being very sick with five diagnosed autoimmune issues (and probably more undiagnosed), I've been looking at many videos in search of the answers to questions. This video answered a few of those questions and boosted my confidence that this is the way I need to go. I've been MISERABLE for years.
When he said the 95%+ clean carnivore makes all the difference He is 100% right. Even artificial sweeteners and dairy/heavy/double cream makes me feel like garbage
I am trying now for 1 years to be a perfect carnivore but every time I fuck up within 1 week by snacking something like a cookie or an alcoholic beverage. Only ones, when I good hold on a perfect strike of carnivore for 1,5 weeks straight I felt a difference! Pure strength in my muscles, mental brightness, no dips during the day and total relaxed and sharp together. The only obstacle I have is discipline.
To really get a pump on pure carnivore without adding carbs, you need to train in pyramids bc it’s seemingly impossible to fully exhaust the muscles for long. I have to superset 3 compound movements across upper & lower body with no rest in between for sets of 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20 and then back down. That’s every day. I finish with a short set of intense sprints for what feels like a full body pump. Still, it’s not the same as with carbs. It’s just an ego thing. Why do we want to be so “big”? After 5 years of this, I learned to embrace the long lean aesthetic. It’s a long arc of becoming healthy to then getting stronger. There’s no race when you realize you’re just a machine that realizes fully upcycled perfect nutrition. You’re the end destination for all that energy converted through the food chain. What a privilege. Be at peace with where you’re at in the process rather than where you’d prefer to be. Carbs puff you up in the head, too. Great video. His perspectives don’t take that long to develop once you just let go and let the meat do its job.
Thanks for writing all of this Aaron! It actually was the "comment of the week" in my newsletter. I really appreciate you taking the time to write all of this out for others to read and benefit from. Hope you have a blessed week! :)
Have you tried the eccentric method of lifting weights? I know Jonathon Bailor speaks about it. When done correctly, the exercise can't be done more than 5 minutes and the muscles require a full week for recovery, iirc.
Thank you for having Dr. Chaffee this is a great video. I am 2 yrs carnivore and I eat only beef and eggs and I don't take any supplements. I just turned 60 on Jan 16, 2022 #carnivore4life
I loved this interview so much! Any interview with Dr. Chaffee holds my attention. His expertise backed by his own practice is so compelling. It is so refreshing to hear the truth about real nutrition for us humans which is so simple. It has been made so complex. I am so grateful to now have this information available.
This is one of the best interviews I've ever listened to. His credentials (academic/professional/physical) are incredible and he makes so much sense. Thanks for such an amazing video!
Loved this interview! I am subscribed to both of you and this was just fantastic.. not too long or awkward 😊I am 7 months carnivore (from heavy chicken/vegetable diet). It was a bit hard to start the red meat- glad I did. The weight is FINALLY coming off! Nothing else really worked.
I have been in the food service industry for 46 years. He is absolutely right about the produce and food borne illness. My son got sick of food we had at a restaurant one time and when I looked it up it was matching up with salad
I love the simplicity...I am day 5 carnivore not being ruled by hunger. And feeling great already! I had been doing Keto, and feeling hunger a lot and not losing much weight.
I am a registered dietitian and a registered nutritionist, so trust me when I say, this diet will kill you eventually. Everybody doing this diet has great results.....in their mind. The truth is this carnivore diet is the cholesterol diet; your body is going to be overwhelmed and inundated with cholesterol and arterial plaque. Good luck

The most strangest thing thats happened for me since turning carnivore, im 36 females and i have just grown in height after not gtowing height since my 20ts. This shows to me i have really been deficient. Thanks again great interview. In the uk a lot of vegetables are being recalled due to listeria
He is 100% correct. I feel amazing over the last year and a half. Everything in my life has gotten better from a physical and mental perspective. I have begun blending hot bacon grease with raw eggs and drinking it. I do this to break my fast(breakfast) and this next sentence is not hyperbole. When I drink it, I become high as a kite. It makes me feel amazing. Fat only blocks arteries after said arteries are inflamed from carbohydrate and sugar intake. Without those things it lubricates those arteries. 😊
I generally wouldn't click on a 40-minute video, but I'm glad I did, fascinating video and the time flew by, wealth of information... well done and thank you

Was doing well with my eating habits then got in one big fight with my spouse, one stress filled weekend with stress eating, and the superbowl, now I'm all out of whack and I'm glad I stumbled upon this and can build up the motivation to get back on track. Thanks.
I'm back with it and I can tell a big difference when I've been hurting myself and when I've been putting the right things in. I can feel the inflammation in my right knee and I just feel so sore all over. It's more difficult some days more than others to practice self restraint and have the willpower not to take in the wrong things. In 2020 I successfully did Keto for 9 months and lost 60 lbs until going on vacation and crashing on my routine. I gained 40 lbs back, but now I'm slowly getting back to where I was at. I have even quit smoking this time around, I'm going on 3 months nicotine free when March gets here. Last week I quit coffee, I'm just trying for a healthier life. But if I slip up, I'm not being hard on myself or stressing myself out about it, I just have to remember why I started in the first place and keep going.

Very insightful discussion. Has me thinking of possibly giving up my last two plant hold outs, namely my green tea and no sugar organic ketchup. The " last 5 percent is where 95 percent of benefits are " comment really hit me. Excellent conversation Lille!
My sister died at 33. Dad died at 59. I'm 37 now and did carnivore for about 6 weeks a year or so ago and felt great. Now, I've backslid, and trying it again.
As an ex nutritionist it's very fascinating to see the extreme ends of the spectra. On the one hand you have longevity experts who claim meat and/or high protein diets are detrimental to longevity. On the other hand you have pure carnivores with their own reasons to believe that this is the best diet. Truly astounding to think that both of these extremes claim science and real life examples are on their side while they couldn't be more diametrically opposite. It's the world we live in today I guess.
We live in a world with many vested interests in control of science. There is not really any worthwhile science that teaches us anything about human nutrition. Most is based on highly flawed epidemiology or short term, badly designed and controlled interventional studies. We can never perform the experiments we need to because they would not be at all ethical and they would be too expensive as well. Because we can't do that we are stuck with junk science which is manipulated by us those with agendas.
But, all the people who think carnivore is crazy haven’t done it, and pretty much everyone who tries it thinks it’s amazing and solves all their health issues.
This is so coincidental. I just told my husband this morning that I feel so good in the morning when I wake up.... just like superwoman. And then I see this video.... oh the magic of it all. Teehee. Thank you lillie.❤❤❤💪💪💪

I just got started doing all carnivore literally yesterday was my first day, because I realized this is the last diet I haven’t tried yet. So long story short I am coming from the more “vegan” mentality camp. Having read so much on the fact we don’t need meat to survive. Eventually for my personal health I settled on the idea that my diet should be 90% vegetables, meat/fish two or three days per week, a small intake of fruits and occasionally a cheat snack. No processed foods or sugar. Sometimes cheese and dairy products. Never counting calories or being rigid in my diet. In other words I can have a week where I feel like I want meat and so I eat it. Just basically listening to what my body wants and varying my diet week to week. Intermittent fasting daily as well. I’m 6’ 2” 175 lbs, I have zero issues with weight. I have never been overweight in my life and I have a very athletic build. The reason I am doing all carnivore now is because of watching Anthony Chaffee’s lecture on plants are trying to kill you. That really struck a chord with me because it made so much sense and everything just kind of clicked. It was like a light bulb went off and I realized this is the last thing that I haven’t tried. So I’m going to be strict carnivore for 30 days and log my results. I believe everyone is individual and there is no one size fits all. You have to test things out for your own body and create a journal, keep track of how you feel, listen to your body and adjust accordingly. There are vegans out there who do just fine and some that don’t and get very sick, probably the same goes for an all carnivore diet. I do still have a lot of research to do on this diet because it’s brand new to me. Good luck to all. I will report my results here if anyone cares to hear them. Ciao
Listen, you're on the right track, being a strict vegan is a very unsustainable diet model for many people, and can contribute to eating disorders, nutrient deficiencies, and depression. With that being said, try to stay away from extremism and dogmatism on either side. For a brief period of time, I fell for some of the carnivore ideas, but after acknowledging my biases and looking at the research, I changed my diet to be more balanced. Meat is definitely beneficial to human health, and can be a significant part of a healthy diet, but the totality of scientific evidence clearly shows that excess saturated fats raise ApoB, which will increase your risk of heart disease. Fiber and phytonutrients from plants are health promoting, and outweigh the negative effects of antinutrients like oxalate, phytic acid, lectins, etc. Also, these antinutrients can be reduced substantially by soaking plant foods in an acidic medium, or sprouting Certain minerals and vitamins also tend to be deficient in carnivore diets, specifically copper, folate, magnesium, and manganese. If you insist on eating carnivore, try to keep the saturated fat in check, eat fatty fish and poultry more than red meat, consume some organ meats like liver, kidney, sweetbreads, and consider at least eating some fruits, like that guy Paul Saladino.
Hi! Thanks for asking. I am still doing all meat and fish. I also have dairy but I try to do raw milk when I can, and lactose free cheeses. Overall I feel fantastic and way better than I did on any other diet. Some of the major changes I have include no more bloating, more energy throughout the day and no crashes, my stools have improved significantly, and my favorite of all is that I only really need to twice to once a day now where before I would be eating 3 times a day plus snacks. I just don't have the same hunger pains I used to have. Now when I'm hungry it's not like this feeling that you have to eat or else, it's more like you feel hungry but you can still go for a few hours without food if you want to and no problem. So I am getting in really good intermittent fasting times which is awesome. Shopping for food is a breeze and I don't miss sweets or carb foods like pasta, rice, or bread. It's the complete opposite when I was vegan I was always struggling with what to eat next and I was always hungry. Now eating is a breeze, and I can go on with my day and focus on living and not on what I will eat next. So overall I am loving this diet, I feel great, and there has been only one downside in the very beginning which my stool was too hard which made it hard to pass, but adding in more fats fixed that sorry if that's TMI.@@louiseknudson2851

Great interview! He looks way younger than 42! Finally, I understand now why some of the weight lifting vegans have odd bloated looking muscles (when he talks about it around the 34:00 minute mark).
This interview should go viral all over the world. Just so everyone can see the truth in what we eat and how it contributes to health/well being. 🙌 Your great Lillie!
Aww! Thank you so much for writing such a kind comment. I can't help but smile reading it! I hope to bring more smiles your way. Have a blessed week Ivan! :)
@Lillie Kane your so welcome! 😁 keep up the good work! I listen to all of you carnivore peeps 💪keeps me going as a long haul truck driver on my health journey. I grill my own steaks daily for almost 6 months now 😁 You inspire me to continue being healthy long term. I wish you and your boyfriend an amazing year. Keep on smiling, it's contagious! 😁
That was great video , That man answers a whole lot of questions I was wanting answered. I’m 2 years carnivore. You did a great job with your questions , thanks for your time.
Thank you Glenn! We actually talked for almost 2 hours...he sure did answer a lot of questions, HA! Glad you enjoyed the conversation, have a blessed day! :)
Glenn Newell Have you lost any weight on the carnivore diet? Any benefits? I’m gathering information and trying to figure out if I should start carnivore.
@@harvdog5669 Hmm really? It is only when in combination with sugar and carbs. Our ancester's here in America back in the 1800's were strong and healthy with no heart attacks.
What a FABULOUS lecture. I was still a bit on the fence re : carnivore but you have won me over with all this fascinating facts. P.S. MAN DR. CHAFFEE; YOU HAVE SOOO MUCH KNOWLEDGE. Also, I mean this in the most respectful way; you are a mega over-achiever😊 or I guess more politely....incredibly accomplished. ❤ I am a big fan. Sincerely, Cindy {a 63 year old Mom, Grammie two time widow with many health issues} from Alberta, Canada. 👍🏼🥩🥩🥩
Great interview. If only I would have started this in my twenties. This guy is proof of what diet does for health and wellness. I feel like I'm young again after eating like this for 3+ years.
@@chah5731 Another moron. I know vegans who are on juice also. There are plenty people who change diet to this modes and got rid of lot of conditions, plus their life improved in many ways. Better sleep, better mood, more energy and so on. Many of them don't even work out.
I'm glad he mentioned low magnesium. If I don't take a magnesium supplement, I get muscle cramps at night. Clearly, my carnivore diet is missing out on a required micronutrient.
Lillie - wanted to commend you on another great interview! I’ve only known about your channel for a short time, but I continuously see you having great interview with very respected people. Props to you :). I’ve been low carb for about 10 years, give or take, including a number of bread/cracker/flour episodes (I LOVE carbs). I feel SO much better when eating low carb and have just recently gone the Carnivore route and feel really good. About you and your channel - I’m really happy for you getting all these great interviews, seeing that you haven’t made huge numbers of subscribers yourself - yet! It means you’re good at what you do, and that people want to see you. Great job and thanks for all the vids!!!
Aww thank you so much for this wonderful comment. I appreciate you taking the time out of your day to write all of this. Messages like these keep me smiling and motivated to keep spreading good information and content. If you have any other constructive criticism or feedback, I'm all ears! I just hope to bring more joy to this world :) Have a blessed day!
I had varicocele, started eating carnivore. Gone. I still eat blueberries and other foods like peanuts or seeds once in a while, but my diet consists of meat and eggs mostly. It works, feels wonders, no more brain fog and helps me also with anxiety. Thank you for this interview, I'm trying to bulk and I thought it wasn't possible without eating carbs. This is awesome information.
Great interview! At age 60, I recently began thinking maybe my stomach acid had dropped too low, and that I wasn’t absorbing enough nutrients from the BBBE and fish I was eating. A few weeks ago started taking Now brand Betaine Hcl. Didn’t notice any difference, so last night watched some more vids about it and realized I wasn’t taking enough. Just wanted to share that in case there are older carnies like me who just don’t feel quite right eating BBBE and salt. Another clue that I needed some Hcl was that my hair and skin had slowly became dryer and dryer in spite of eating lots of fat, and my digestion definitely slowed. Anyway, thanks for another happy and helpful video!!!!🙋♀️
I take that for my SIBO (gut issues) im only 39 and had these issues most of my life, over 20 years. I think so many people have low stomach acid but doctors just give u pills for that that dont work (antacids) im hoping carnivore cures my SIBO for good! Im only on day 2!
Your video of eating 1850 burgers popped up in my RU-vid feed. I thought of you being a funny RU-vidr. You are a phenomenal interviewer. Just loved loved how you both interacted. Your video should be used as a benchmark diamond standard by podcasters around the world!!
WOW! Your comment completely made my day! I'm glad you went from a jokey fun light video to this one! I like to have fun but I also like to learn and have serious conversations. You can do both! :D Thank you again for your uplifting message, it brought a huge smile to my face. Have a great weekend!
Here's a guy completely eschewing the conventional nutritional advice - eat huge quantities of grains, fruits, veg - and yet absolutely thriving. Love content such as this, n=1 cases calling the conventional b.s. very much into question. If on the one hand what this guy is doing works great for him, long-term, and if on the other hand what happens to people pursuing conventional wisdom (like me - low-fat got me heart disease in my 50s) is that they get fat and sick by the millions, then perhaps a tsunami of change in nutrition is looming.
The thing is, i was "thriving" on a normal diet and i wanted to try Carnivore, because "why not?" and after 1-2 weeks on carnivore i could not believe how good i felt, it is crazy, i already thought i was in the best form but this is next level - you have to try it to understand.
Lillie dear, ❤️👍Awesome interview with Dr Anthony Chaffee.👏🏼 Will you be able to ask Dr Chaffee what kind of bacons he usually order (from his work place & his monthly grocery list and the brand(s) please? Many thanks & Blessings dear😊
Hi Lillie great to see you again and another great guest. Very interesting and obviously has thought out his diet really well. I can't really afford so much ribeye with the cost of living going up. However it was interesting what he thought about coffee and his reasons for other things he doesn't eat. Pleased to see he liked eggs. Best wishes to the amazing Bryce.
He has a lot more to say about fruit/veggies and plants as a whole in other interviews and videos on his channel but we didn't get too much into in this video! The first true carnivore I met, no coffee! :O Have an awesome weekend and stay warm Geoffrey!
@@DaveJay9000 how is what I said immature? There have been cases of baby/child deaths reported in the news because the parents forced their kids to be vegan. That's facts. And I don't know if he's on HRT, I'm not privy to that info, just as you aren't.
This was a great interview, thank you! It seems that Dr. Chaffee approach to his nutritional health is very practical and he pushes away all the modern marketing fluff. I myself have only been eating foods from my ancestral heritage from 300+ years ago for almost two years and my results have been like no others. I have been ultra morbidly obese all my life (I'm 57 now), but when I cut out all the foods not found or eaten in the pacific basin my 406 lbs. body transformed. I don't recognize myself and for the past year, I have been learning how to control my body as everything is different. No surgeries, very little lose skin, off all medications, blood work is better than perfect, VO2 max is above average for 40 year olds, and most of my white hair is gone! I suggest people take a very simple approach for food nutrition. For me, if my great, great grand parents ate it when they were kids, then I'll eat it, if not, I pass. BTW did you know sugar and wheat products did not exist in the Pacific basin and beef was hardly consumed? Thanks for this great video!
@@bazosmarek7981 Thanks for asking, I have to cut my hair every 5 weeks, because it grows so much and bothers me when its too full and long. I have about 99% black hair again as I approach 60 years old. Its not as full as when I was in my 40's but compared to my high school classmates, at the last 40th reunion, my hair stands out in a good way. I have not done full carnivore because in the Pacific all cultures ate large variety of seaweeds - there are tons of different types, so I eat those too. My simple share to people, eat what your great great grandparents would have eaten and start from there. Aloha and have fun! I just ate Ramen for dinner with almost zero carbs and no wheat noodles!!!
