100 crore is nice number. But this is not a necessary thing for most people. I would say 8 -10 crore ( liquid cash) would be a good number to live the life happily (financial and economical happiness). Here i would say after reaching 10 cr, just investing this amount in safe instruments like FD and Bonds would protect the corpus and generate wealth for the livelyhood. P.S This is not for people who want to spend lavishly😊

Shyam Sir - As always, interesting insights. In my experience, the first 1 Cr in equities is quite a journey. It took me seven years. We learn a lot in this process. As knowledge & money compound, it's a matter of time in a growing economy like India to reach 10 Cr or 100 Cr.

1. Upskill, learn and earn well - increase earning fixed and variable 2. Clear plan of savings and investment 3. Asset allocation important 4. Minimum decisions = max returns 5. Constant /consistent improvement on every detail/area. Investment process should be the guiding force/light.

Many Indian companies provide variable allowance which can be treated as ESOP where we can invest in the same company or different companies with financial advisor advice wisely.

Though it's good. But 100 cr is not required to have. A wealth lifestyle. Even 5 to 10 c is good acheivable and can satisfy all ur needs. Don't run behind this magic numbers and waste your life . What is the point on having 100 cr at 60 yrs or 70 yrs
