How did all this start? I have quite similar dreams and starting to grow mushrooms now up here in Alaska… I’d love to insight on how to get started and realistically what’s needed infrastructure wise…

Actually micro greens and mushrooms don't synergise together that well, most mushrooms like it cold and humid micro like it warm and not too humid or you get mold. Sure you can take the micro green air low-ish in CO2 and more humid because of the photosynthetic and respiratory processes of the plants but because of all those lights producing heat(which miro like) it's going to be not an ideal temp for mushrooms, also you may think well i just need to cool the air before giving it to the mushrooms but it not that simple. You could use an AC but its expensive to run and they don't do that well with high humidity, generally how mushroom grow rooms are cooled is by evaporation like a misting system which add humidity and has the added effect of cooling, perfect for mushrooms but if the air is already humid it's not going to cool down because it's already saturated with moisture. The reason I assume it works in the video is because it's cold as balls in denmark so even if the micro air is warm it's going to cool down fast and even if the air is not humid enough once it cools down it's going to get way more humid because cold air can't hold as much water as warm air and what mushrooms care about isn't how much moisture is in the air but the relative moisture content of it.

Following all your videos, great content and ideas. My question is, what price or price range could a grower of Oyster Mushrooms expect at the farm gate. Basically the wholesale return.

How can I copy? 😄 How many people/invest? Where do you sell to? Who buys mushrooms and microgreens In big amounts?

I thought mushrooms needed a much warmer environment (20-25 degrees Celcius) so I'm surprised as to how cold the environment appears.

Do you have a problem with growing several different types of mushrooms in the same container?
