I think it's great having a superfan like Brown run this place, but they need to get some people on staff that can a) organize the stuff properly and b) preserve the historical artifacts, especially ephemera like paper and pictures. Every bit of that concept art and all those rare magazines and photographs needs to be digitized RIGHT NOW before it deteriorates any more.

13:31 The legendary Andre the Giant's singlet from Wrestlemania 3 against Hulk Hogan in the world championship main event at the now demolished Pontiac Silver Dome from 1987. Damn! And the singlet just sitting there on that table like it's just another piece of cloth! LOL Needs to be in a museum alongside most of the stuff they got in that warehouse.

Now I'm interested in what type of securities they have in place to protect everything. Namely fire/natural disaster.
@NoPitBullLeftBehind
@NoPitBullLeftBehind 3 дня назад
Connecticut doesn't really get too many natural disasters, they get blizzards and the random hurricane. But they don't get earthquakes. And warehouses, much like barns, are hard and every expensive to put in good fire suppression. It's so open so it burns quickly, but I have no doubt they have a state of the art fire suppression system in the warehouse, not to mention security system as well. But watching the video I kept looking at the endless cardboard boxes and kept thinking about fire. (I live in Northern California in the heart of wildfire country, fire is never too far from my mind, especially in the summer and fall.)

I heard a belt collector from my home town in Fort Lauderdale owns the first debut of the official WWE big gold 3D jmarr belt that HHH introduced in 2003 i believe. @NoPitBullLeftBehind
@NoPitBullLeftBehind 3 дня назад
I don't think there is any show they could make that would really feed our curiosity. I kept looking at the boxes stacked up to the ceiling and kept thinking how much I would love to go through each of them. But there is a good warehouse tour on the Barstool Rasslin' RU-vid page called "Triple H and Stephanie McMahon show barstool sports around the WWE warehouse" from 2021. You get to see some things and hear some stories I never really saw in other warehouse tour videos, and HHH tells a pretty awesome story about an almost botched WrestleMania entrance.

Amazing. I’m a 70s/80s guy and would love to know if the original TV taping rings are in this warehouse….the rings ropes and turnbuckles from the Allentown/Hamburg/Phila TV tapings, or TBS Georgia Championship Wrestling tapings, the original MSG/Spectrum rings from the 70s/80s with the Spectrum logo on the mat, etc. The Pipers Pit set sign, the original chain link fences used in the cage matches back then. Imagine if they set up the ring in a museum one day and you could stand in the same MSG ring Backlund beat Graham in in 78, or the Slaughter Patterson street fight in 81….I’d lose my mind lol

I love these videos, but at the same time they give me so much anxiety. So unorganized. There's so much that could be lost for years in there in a box. I wonder what kind of inventory system they have. I would envision that it's something where each piece could be catalogued with tags like a poster tagged with "Bret Hart" "Poster" "Hart Foundation" and "Jim Neidhart", and a description like "8x11 poster of Hart Foundation (1989)," a photo, and its location in the warehouse so that when it comes time to put a display up at Wrestlemania they can go to a location and pull it quickly.

@doctorsuave
@doctorsuave Год назад
I mean it's definitely a mess, but a large majority of the smaller items were just stuffed in boxes in peoples attics, which seems a lot worse
@NoPitBullLeftBehind
@NoPitBullLeftBehind 3 дня назад
Some of the boxes could be items from old promotors or old wrestling companies. Like Paul Boesch who ran Houston Wrestling and died in 1989. Bruce Prichard said when Paul Boesch's widow died in 2020 he purchased everything from Paul's office and storage from their son who was blind to help him with expenses and stuff. He was expecting maybe a large delivery truck or something to show up, instead he was sent over 4 tons of wrestling memorabilia and artifacts, and Ben would actually go over to Bruce's house to help him go through stuff. I'm sure a lot of the stuff ended up at the warehouse. I'm sure they organize and list things as they go through them. But like he said it is a working warehouse.

If they bought a huge warehouse, kitted it out with stages, electricals. Hired designers to make different zones. The territories, capital, wwwf, federation years, new gen, attitude, ruthless. Wrestlemania zone, taker zone. Buried alive set. It would print them money, make jobs. Open up a food court. Merchandise. This is criminal all this stuff is here and just in a warehouse!
