"Some of our astute followers have noticed me slurring my words. I am not drunk but working with Brad it would be justifiable. I had 6 infected cysts removed from my mouth (noncancerous) and I have residual scar tissue and numbness. I will try to do better. Thanks Bob."
No worrie bob .We appreciate the time you guys take out of your day to inform us with the right knowledge to better ourselves. I noticed it too but it is nobody’s business and it is irrelevant to the knowledge of the video. Again thank you for your guises time and effort🤙🏻
May you be well. I didn’t even notice, from someone who is watching your video for the first time. Thank you for your expert advice and loved the video.
I have flat feet and my feet hurt so bad!!! You doing exercise on the calf makes sense because my calf muscles get pain and spasms when my feet are really bad. I lay in bed and feel my calf's hurting. So I guess it plays together. Thank you so much for this video!
Thank you! I'm getting ready to move in a few days and this helped me a lot it stopped popping in my ankle. You guys are the best bless your hearts! Also stopped my toe numbness.
I have to say I was very sceptical about trying any exercise but my son was saying please just watch this one video, it was the one where you stretch your back using a long stick, and then you went onto doing the hip , I have to say I was amazed, you have given me back so much mobility I thought lost as I have been in pain this past 5 years, I can now walk up stair's without holding onto the next step for leverage, my back there is very little pain and the burning pain has gone completely. I will now try this one as I dont feel very stable on my feet at times, but one Question On my left foot the toe next to the small one feels like I am walking on bone, its fine when i put my shoe on but getting up in morning I cant walk across the floor as its agony, Do you know what that is, I have had it now 5 months, no injury just it happened, Many thanks for your videos and Hugs from Ireland xxxx Dede xxxx
I want to be able to do a hack squat (machine) in the gym with feet low on the plate while keeping heels down, I have to raise my heels and push from the front of my foot
Want exercise can you do to help with your balance. I have problems with my back and nerves and balance. I have put weight on because of them shot's in my back.
I don't fully understand what you said but likely you can improve by strengthen you glute muscles (many components/ different areas to train/ rebuild). They have a variety of videos about back pain if you like their presentation style. But you should look up Stuart mcgill "big 3". He was recently interviewed by these 2 too! If you train with bands around your legs with exercises like bridges, clams& shuffling (side to side) that will help knee vulgus and improve balance substantially. You want to try and figure out which part is weak to cause imbalance. if one side is worse than the other, find the problem for even better results.
I just don't get why people wear shoes/footwear in the house.... unless you want dog sh*t all over the house or something... I will never get these types of people.
Dear Dr.s namaste It's me From Nepal🇳🇵. I am regular viewer before tweleve month . I was vechile accidented before fourteen month broken Thai n leg.that searching therapy on I found . Now I am healing ☺️ more . I get much benefits by yours vedios. And also glad todays ankle therapy so can't stay without saying thanks to Dr.Brad n Bob.
Thanks for mentioning both calf muscles. People often only stretch one (thinking there is only one) and that won’t do much because the other muscle wasn’t worked. Keep it up with all the amazing content. Thanks guys!
Whenever I want to know about a mobility pain or issue I type "suchandsuch bob and brad" then there's the video. I sing the jingle every time. Thanks guys
Just use a stair; face up the stairs, ledge your toes on the edge and drop your weight over the back of your heel and controlling the depth using your toes. Just take your time with it. No equipment / chairs / bands or any crap needed
I have one vargus knee that has my left foot pronated outward. Ankle feels stiff just keeping that foot straight. Foot won't lay flat either when I straighten it. Afraid that I can never run again as when I do, the inward tilt of my left knee strains with each step. Do I give up jogging?
I don't think I can do that one cuz I can barely stand on my knees so I have arthritis in my left knee and not sure about that one when I stand on my knees forget it
You guys tickle me to the 🦴, literally.... All the way down to my ankle... My ankle is rather weak as I've gone from ORIF to no activity to dancing to running to roller skating. This helps me so much!
