Fascinating. Watched it right through. As you know, I am in Australia. Different and Southern continent. Your birds are so different and lovely to hear their calls. I am perplexed by your vulture dying of diclofenac poisoning. It is an antiinflammatory drug. How did it get into the environment?
Yup Australian birds are totally different, would love to do birding there. You have amazing parrots there, ours are all just green in color 😝. Regarding diclofenac, they were given to cattles for pain relief. So when these cattles die at the edge of forest, the vultures eat them and they were seriously affected by that. Though its officially banned now, it is still being used rampantly. Almost all the vultures in India are critically endangered or nearing extinction status 😥😥
@@IndianBirdVideos Oh, really, that is so sad. I think that stuff is banned for livestock here also but the industry is more highly policed. Also, we don't have vultures.

From the day we took this video we are scratching our heads as well. The tree was in a dense forest patch and the floor was full of leeches. We took the video and had to move on. We consulted with some botanists regarding the tree and so far nobody was able to figure it out. Once we get some ID we will surely update you. Thanks for the curious question 👍

indian wild birds must be protected against bad weathers from the future. plantation of more woods and forests for there future. and more wood lands for them so there have future Homes. i support all wild life of the whole world.

It is tough to see those birds as they are endangered, currently only in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan and a small place in Rollapattu sanctuary. When we travel there, we will take videos of these endangered birds and show here

Though you certainly have given a corpus of many common Indian birds which I have been able to identify in English around my region such as 'Tailor bird' ' Indian Robins' ' Jungle babbles ' ,Yellow crested woodpecker " ' Rufous Treepie ' Purple Sunbird ' Lesser Cormorants '. But I was hoping to find a bird that I am not able to identify/ find a name which also seems very common around the area of my habitation.May be in your 2 part you shall cover it.
