Kingdra gets 100% crit rate with Focus energy+ scope lens, and with the ability Sniper it pretty much does 2.25x damage on every hit. Critical hits also bypass stat drops, so technically you can spam draco meteor, which is a 130 base power move, with no stat reduction and an extra 2.25x damage multiplier added on. Hone claws on blaziken is to pass the accuracy boost to Kingdra, so you can actually hit your dracos and hydros. Have fun!
