this build has a lot of damage, but you sacrifice utility on the w and e

Your Q and E are utilities, what you lose is damage but with a crit build you can easily make 5k damage where as lethality you'll only max around 4k. Your Q and E basically become no damage abilities while still keeping it's hook slow and stun abilities.
