Women are like cows, they produce milk. Like cows we Women need to eat more vegetables along with the meat and rice. You should also carry water with your, drink more often. You won't pass out if you drink more. Give your baby more water as well. Remember your body is made up of 70 percent water. Also remember it is dangerous for both of you in the forest.
