18:45 popped the dumpling to let all the juice out and other times letting it drip out. Not sure if filling up on the liquid is part of the challenge like in Pho. Also 96 dumplings, maybe a retry with 101 to say over 100 next time as the title. Good effort on the challenge.

It occurred to me after reading numerous comments that a bunch of you assumed Raina only ate 96 dumplings cuz you did the 12 x 8 math. Did some of you not stop to think from a logical standpoint that 4 of the steam baskets would have had 9 dumplings instead of 8 in them? You rocked it, Raina!!

I thought the same thing too. And the math wasn’t “mathing” for me. So I pulled out my ti-84 calculator and came up with: 8 of the baskets have 8 dumplings = 64 4 of the baskets hold 9 dumplings = 36 12 baskets (64 + 36 = 100 dumplings) *she says in the video the basket further from her has 9 dumplings....

Soup dumplings skin gets hard to eat when it sits......maybe try 6 orders at a time so skin doesn't get cold and hard

And they were sitting in front of her for a good couple of minutes before she ate, which is enough time to count and correct the cooks telling them that she need 100. Or she should've counted while editing the video and changed the title to 96 dumplings instead of 100.

Raina said at the start the juice inside them is hot and can burn her mouth when it squirts out, it makes sense that she is getting it out before it has a chance to burn her mouth.
