I wish I recorded some eggs I did when I first started playing in December. Hatched shiny Grubbin in 1 egg, Galar Ponyta in 15 eggs, Shiny Riolu in 9 eggs and Shiny Zigzagoon in 14 eggs. It was insane.

It has taken people up to 5 years to find just one shiny Pokemon. He's blessed that he's not one of them. It's the shock factor of the fast hunts and the relief and surprise from the long hunts. Besides, the dramatic reactions help viewers stay around. Imagine just going about your day normally. Why would anybody want to see that? Fans of vlogs exist I guess, but those guys are weird so they don't count.
