Damn! No kidding, I was wondering if Chopin's hands would be there. I'd have loved to see them. They made a "life mask" of Lincoln's face when he was alive, maybe they just decided to do the hands at that time as well? Robin Wright said Andre's hands were so big that when she got cold during filming Princess Bride, he would just lay a hand on her head and it covered so much it was like having a warm hat on. He was truly a great guy. Thanks for the tour Jordan!

The Lincoln hand castings are in the collections of the Smithsonian Institute and at one time you could purchase copies of them in the gift shop. As I recall, back in the 80's they ran about $75. I'm sorry I never bought a set since they have long been withdrawn from sale. In my collection of life masks I also have the right hand of Napoleon taken immediately after his death. It is delicate, almost feminine, and the size of a 10 yr old girl's hand. Even so, it was famously called "the hand that held the sword."

I'm shocked they didn't have Texas and boxing legend George Foreman's hands. I ran camera for a TV station in college and went on an interview at his home when he was making a comeback. He had a twinkle in his eye but MY GOSH WHAT A HANDSHAKE. I thought my hand would break. ENORMOUS hands. Sweet man, though.

Lincoln's hands could very well be legit. They were making death masks way back in the 18 hundreds. I think Lincoln has one of those as well. That would be a cool topic for the videos. Also those old pictures where they positioned their dead to look alive and took photos. Which creeps me out but I love that stuff. Forgive me if I mention anything that you've already covered in one of your videos. I'm new here and you have A LOT of videos lol

Will you be visiting Greer Garson's grave? I found this out about Lincoln's life mask and hands: "Chicago artist Leonard Volk produced this plaster life mask of Abraham Lincoln in April 1860. Volk made the casts of Lincoln's hands on May 20, two days after the Republican Party nominated him for the presidency. Lincoln's right hand was still swollen from shaking hands with supporters."
