Haha I love how cyoung is so honest with her empties. Idk how influencers finish products so fast lol. At least she told us she used all her Anua on her customers 😆😆
Hello love💕 Thank you for speaking beautifully. Anua and Dokdo have no major advantages or disadvantages, so it's good to use for an unspecified number of people.
I looove Korean toners. I live in a hot, dry area and my skin is oily & dehydrated. Can't use cream moisturizers because they heat up my sensitive skin & gel moisturizers doesn't stay on my skin much longer. But now I am using TONYMOLY Wonder Ceramide Mochi Toner. I slap it on my skin 3-4 rounds 2 times a day and nothing else. My skin feels dewy, chok chok all day and night.
That was a very interesting perspective to read of someone who has a similar problem to one I’ve been experiencing. I notice my skin heats up too (feels like my face is burning from the inside on warmer months, but no alarming signs of redness)… My skin is dehydrated too, but normal (oiliness level), and I notice I keep it on a pleasant temperature whenever I layer a few more products on Summer days (but specific products that have worked well together for this purpose)!! But it makes sense (we have similar skins in a sense and different in another)! Just learned something from your perspective!
Hello love💕 Tonymoly also a bit milky and so huge and popular few yrs ago so used it that time. It’s good u find it work it out! I’m from feels similar texture so think u can give it a shot. Tysm for sharing🥹🫶🏼
I can really see the difference toner makes, some toner makes your skin so soothing and glowy works better than so many serums. You just need to use the ones which works best for you. Like I love Isntree green tea, Cosrx Propolis, Goodal Rice toner, BOJ ginseng toners gives me visible results. Dokdo toner I didn’t see any significant difference but it’s very moisturising without making it oily
@@lintp Hello love💕 I agree! In this video, it's divided into oily and dry skin, but I also use it season by season. Toner is the cheapest and there's nothing really *illshit about all of them.🤣🫶🏼
Thank you very much for the in depth information on many subjects. I really appreciate this support, as I see it. There’s a crazy world of skin health/ care out there and reading and listening to this channel has given a lot of insights. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this toner review! It’s so helpful! I am always tempted to try new toners but now I think I made the right choice sticking to my Roundlab Dokdo toner! ❤
“Smells like really older dude’s cosmetics” 😂😂😂😂😂 Love your video ☺️❤ My fave toner, from a combo skin girl, is beauty of joseon: ginseng essence water.
3:30 actually, many Western toners these days have no denat alcohol, but 2 frequent issues are: the lack of variety (very often it’s mostly bha/ aha/ pha/ lha toners, which’s good, but we could benefit from other kinds of ingredients) and bc some also have fragrance compounds, either parfum or essential oils (even though many brands are also coming with fragrance free products)! But the alcohol was more common when I was a child (I used to know these by “astringent toners” and Avon sold a very popular one in my country 😂)!
Wow so professional! Totally agree western toner are all alcohol or AHA/BHA/PHA. Japanese use toner so commonly, so u can also check some out! Gonna introduce it an my J-beauty video. Interesting to see they leave only toner(water type) even at Onsen(hot spring) changing room. In KR, usually toner & moisturizer set are available😊
Hello. I have dry skin and love the Anua heartkeaf because it’s amazing for ACNE/inflamnation and even though it’s watery, I actually find it hydrating
I really want to try the Anua and the Dokdo toners but I’m in my 30s so I’m no longer the target market for it. I like the Haruharu Wonder though. Great video!
I used Dokdo toner, and it's almost finished now (I loved it!). Indeed, it is one of the most hydrating toners. The hydration levels of both Haru Haru and Dokdo (light in weight) are pretty similar. If you have mature skin and are not sensitive to fragrance or alcohol, I would recommend sticking to the original Haru Haru one.
The toner from Anua 77 Heartleaf calmed my dehydrated and reactive skin (my skin type is dry to normal in the summer). Everyone's skin is different and has different needs.
I love this series. I hope you can release one with moisturizer because that’s the most difficult decision i can make. Btw i have combination , acne prone and sensitive skin.
For me, I use toners mostly bc of some ingredient I prefer in a lightweight form (in comparison to a serum/ ampoule) or bc of extra hydration (I don’t have dry skin, it’s normal, but it’s dehydrated), in case it has humectants!
Hello love💕 So many requests about VT and so popular here so I reviewed here! KOREAN SKINCARE that are ACTUALLY POPULAR in Korea ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wnVfubDqrkw.html
What would you recommend for Acne-Prone skin or those with redness? Or could we suggest a video targeting products for those with acne-prone/redness 🙏🏼
For me, as someone who matches that, I’ve used to Dokdo Toner. Doesn’t change much, but it’s gentle. I used the SKIN1004 Centella Ampoule. Sensitivity and redness around the eye gone in three days (after it healed). The SOME BY MI one has a lot of actives (AHA, BHA, PHA). May be good for post-acne skin, clogged pores, but definitely not if your skin is sensitive. The Dokdo one is my HG.
Hi..I started to using Anua heart leaf cleanser and round lab moisturiser..few days ago it was just fine.. but i feel like my skin is getting dry somehow..i don't the reason is these products or not..but can you give me a little advise please.... And i love your honest reviews so much
Hello love💕 Hmm not easy to advise only with these but since the weather getting cooler Both products are too light for you. Change products with thicker version!
Loved the video, came in a great time! I'm testing a new toner, it's the Swimming Pool Toner from Eqqualberry and I'm having some breakouts but I'm not sure if it's the toner, I have oily skin. Do you recommend it?
Hello Really Great and Informative Video.. But are you looking for a video editor and I'm currently working with other dermatologist so I'm well aware how to properly editing your videos
Hello Love💕 Dalba mist is one of the super bestseller in KR, so I put it here! Please check this😊 Korean Skincare products that are actually POPULAR in Korea ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sX0xHAeVaFg.html
Is there any toner which does not plump the skin? Please tell me which product or toner tighten my skin. I am 22 years old and I have forehead wrinkles, please help me
Have you tried retinoids? If you’re new into it, you might want to consider lower percentages and either retinal (with “a”, instead of retinol, which is said to be less gentle and take longer to work) or granactive retinoid… The Ordinary, Iope and Beauty Of Joseon have options with one of these 2 forms of retinoids! Ik you asked for toner, but I don’t believe that to be the most effective option to target lines! If you don’t want plumping, I personally love Beauty Of Joseon’s ginseng essence. I have normal dehydrated skin, it works well to me and I don’t feel extreme “plump” (in comparison to a basic humectant toner such as Cosrx’s propolis toner, for example)! Also, ginseng is believed to have properties that help with lines (still, if you really wanna target that, try to pair it with a retinoid, or just use the retinoid if you’re into less steps)!!! Sorry for the long comment (hope it helps)!
I'm trying the rice toner (I'm from) since last year (can't remember) but still haven't finished it. It's less hydrate for me 😂😂 so I might as well try tirtir next.
@@CYounginyou oh i have a question so i’ve been looking at the isntree yam root vegan milk cleanser but idk how to use it , like is it a first step cleanser or 2nd step
I love you! You always make me laugh, I think we have pretty similar skin and you’re right, some of it really is just “water” haha I’m glad you had such a great time in Japan.
Karennnnn🥹 omg never expect this much heat on mid of September so it was soooo hot😱 only came to Japan at cooler seasons so I didn’t knew😅 reminded of u saying so painful at last summer😂
I have oily skin that tends to get dehydrated easily, and the Anua Rice Toner is the best i have ever tried. Non sticky, very lightweight, but not only water, my skin feels so soft afterwards, non pore clogging❤
