New KPOP video! 100 iconic moments in the history of male idols #straykids #txt #enhypen #bts #nct #got7 #seventeen #exo #shinee #tvxq #monstax #bigbang #astro #treasure #jungkook #soobin #yeonjun #jimin
BTS were shocked to find out they won Album Of The Year in 2016. Who would have thought they would get nominated for a Grammy some years later? Yet they did it, extended everyone's expectations and grew bigger than they themselves could imagine. So proud of them!
seventeen def. deserves to be on this list more - no mention of 'very nice' or any of their choreo? but i still loved this seeing all the other iconic moments i didnt know about from various groups!
I would add Psy's Gangnam Style being the first YT video to ever hit 1 Billion views JYP doing literally anything Vixx forgetting Hyuk at the gas station BTS perfoming Butter at the Grammys B.A.P Daehyun saying "Who am I?" BIGBANG being the closing Act at MAMA & Performing Fantastic Baby 3 years in a row Shinhwa's THIS LOVE Hyunseung & Hyuna Making out at the MAMA awards Seungri sitting on Sehun's lap during MAMA 2015 amid all the fanwars Stray Kids vs Treasure dance battle GOT7 vs iKon dance battle Busker Busker winning Rookie of the year 2012, when the whole world thought it would be either Exo or B.A.P
BTS performing Permission to Dance at the UNGA BTS MMA 2019 performance (best ever) and I think there should be some more about GG - but I know too little about them: Red Velvet's performance in NK? But overall it was an interesting/food vid.
@@ruthfischer7615 Maybe add the 'Burning Sun' to that list. Several male idols involved, especially the - back then - Maknae of Big Bang, being one of the found and main orchestraters of this whole sh*tshow.
@@olgahein4384 1. It's supposed to be an "Iconic" list not a headline list. 2. I followed the case: He is an a* but there is zero proof that he actually did anything wrong. He was accused because he was famous and everyone else needed to prove they could get him regardless if he did something or not. The reporter admitted so. The witnesses said that man was not involved. So, please, add something actually good/iconic. 🙏
SKZ' cover of I'll Be Your Man shocked everyone, even STAY. Han's vocal abilities were already known, but to see that note hit so flawlessly by a main rapper rather than a vocalist left everyone in awe. Man has some insane skills.
What a good video!! It makes me feel nostalgic and I really enjoy seeing these moments, (and bigbang has always been a group with many interesting moments lol) I loved the compilation of bg's, I love everyone who appeared.
If you are talking about him dancing you probably already watched his solo songs like Mmmh and Rover but you can also watch exo's mvs since they are also iconic. I'd recommand growl, tempo, monster, call me baby and cream soda if you haven't saw them yet though I guess the most famous ones are love shot and the eve
@bootsandcats5661 First of all his solos - Mmmh, Peaches and Rover, if you haven’t seen them. Then I recommend watching his fancams of these EXO songs: Love Shot (iconic 🙏) Tempo The Eve Ko Ko Bop Baby Don’t Cry (dancing in water with Sehun) White Noise, Thunder, Playboy & Artificial Love (performance set from their tour EXO’rDIUM) His solo performances from EXO concerts: Confession, I See You (he also performed it on MAMA and it’s ART) Vanilla (b-side from his album Peaches) These are the first ones that came to mind and I think they’re the most popular and iconic performances of his. Hope this helped and you found something new here!^^
I haven't gotten all the way through yet, but I hope you have a clip of Kihyun of Monsta X hitting this most amazing high note when a bunch of idol groups were gathered on stage. All the other guys around him were like who the hell is hitting this high note, and then they finally realized it was Kihyun. There were a lot of Jaws dropping at that moment.
Thank you for your unbiased inclusion of all groups though. People always leave out EXO which is crazy because they are absolute LEGENDS and still the best vocalists in Kpop history
Whenever I see Bulletproof Pt. 2, I can't help wishing Ateez would cover it. And there were so many moments in here that remjnded me of my best friend who passed away in 2017. We were both 34 at the time but brain damage at birth left her with a mental age that never went past 14. Shinee, TVXQ and early Exo were her favourites. She discovered Fanfic in 2014 and she insisted on writing her own with my help (I am a ghostwriter and already knew an ex-idol though I never told her that as she would have recognised him and I didn't want him to become one of her obsessions, which she got due to the brain damage, and she'd have claimed him as 'hers'). In the end I refused to write about real people so we spent her last year alive planning it, naming her group etc. but I never got to write it and now I can't because the kind of group she decided on, with a performance focus and relaxed agency is essentially Ateez. I will always regret it to my dying day that I let grief prevent me from doing something she wanted so much. I only realised in 2022 that I was too late having intended to work on it for the fifth anniversary of her passing.
I really like the list, and its fun to see all the extra suggestions in the comments. I was def expecting either seventeens never ending aju nice, or the ongoing prank on mingyu. Or Ateez Black Cat Nero on Immortal songs 2!
10:06 I have that picture as my pfp for my school laptop and I always get questioned about it and all I say is it's just iconic 😌 I think there's only one person who I KNOW gets the reference and she's one of my teachers who's the biggest kpoppie! Its such a moment 💅
Wow you did a great job I am so glad you added groups like Bap and Infinite, as a kpop fan one shot is truly the most iconic mv ! For the girl groups cover I think the Good girl, bad girl with Bambam, Minhuyk (btob and MonstaX), and Bap Youngjae is legendary. For Shinwha groups cover the one made by Got7 for this love is very well known too. So cool that you put GDragon and Top kiss, the all skit they made (a parody of a famous Kdrama ) was hilarious especially since GDragon was playing a convincing girl. I think the JYP whisper in songs could have made the list just like his plastic pants lol. For the acrobatics Mark is actually not the only one in Got7 who do them, Jackson and JayB are also incredible. Dream high 1 and 2 are also part of male kpop history and kpop iconic moments in general in my opinion. I also still remember Exo Lay clapping back at Exo haters during an award speech, not an Exol but it stucked with me. I think I have watched way too many kpop vids lol but I really enjoyed your video ❤
I was waiting for Infinite because if they didn't show up...I was going to riot but now I'm satisfied. Also, pleased to see a lot of 2nd gen. especially BAP, Speed, Teen Top because they did a lot for Kpop but aren't mentioned now. A 100 best live performances video would be cool that's separate from memes/jokes/general attractiveness. I was so pleased with the mix that you had. Thank you for your hard work!
lol I was expecting soobin to pop in with his bye guys hi ladies after zico 🤭 another one i would add is jungkook and jimin's lift during black swan at 2020 mma 🥰 the voice over was really cool btw
So many great moments! You need to do a series of "Iconic" videos with more specific themes, though: Iconic Covers, Iconic Memes, Iconic Dances, Iconic Lyrics, Iconic Stage Costumes, Iconic Groups, Iconic Awards, Iconic Moments to Make You Tear Up, etc. hehe so much iconic 🙂
I nearly cried at Nr. 99, such a tragic story (Kim SungJae, the singer, died very shortly after his solo debut. He was probably killed by his ex-girlfriend, but she never got sentenced)
I really enjoy your videos and I just want to say that it would be very much appreciated if you researched how to properly pronounce each group's name and member's names beforehand (cause it's more proffesional and respectful). You're doing a great job and I hope that your content will be loved by more people, have a wonderful day! ❤
@@Nyxxeonn Yeah, I'm not completely sure if it's AI or not, so my comment only makes sense if it's an actual person lol But the creator can just ignore it if they're using AI and focus on the positive feedback, it's okay either way
Time stamps for Super Junior moments: 0:59 5 - Kyuhyun singing Jonghyun's Hey Ya on King of Masked Singer 2:07 9 - Heechul, Leeteuk, Shindong, and Eunhyuk covering Lady Gaga and Beyonce 8:16 24 - SORRY SORRY 10:07 29 - Gee cover 14:32 45 - Shindong is in the group covering 4minute's Muzik 26:05 93 - Heechul forgets to get on the platform during Evanesce 26:35 96 - Someday cover with Kyuhyun, Minho, Suho, and Changmin Awesome video!
ICONIC MOMENTS off the top of my head after watching your video. Forgive me if I missed anything/anyone: BTS winning Artist of the Year at the 2021 American Music Awards. Black Swan by BTS. New Axis by NCT U. Don't Wanna Cry by SEVENTEEN. Kihyun of MONSTA X doing the high note in Lost in a Dream live during their comeback show. Papillon by Jackson of GOT7 and Hard Carry by GOT7. The ending/ending choreo as well as the dance break of Halazia by ATEEZ. I also feel like people keep forgetting about BEAST a.k.a. HIGHLIGHT. One of their most popular songs is SHOCK. But they have incredible vocals. They debuted a year after SHINee as BEAST and Changed their name to HIGHLIGHT after leaving CUBE Entertainment. The dance break camera work for their song Not The End is phenomenal. Yoseop's high notes are legendary! Not to mention THE Lee Gikwang!! His Predator Album is incredible. Cat and Dog by TXT. Also, people tend to forget about A.C.E. I would say that their debut song CACTUS is ICONIC because of the Hot Pants scandal. Also the intro choreography to their song Undercover. As well as BK and Wow's pairing choreography in undercover. Also, the jacks/dice throwing scene in their choreography for Goblin/Favorite Boys. There are more, but this is all that I can think of right now.
A Moment that made me very proud as a WayZeNi this year: The whole stadium singing along to Love Talk by WayV at KCon 2023. Btw, is there a female version of this video, too?
