@@therealsyxx it came out in Blockbuster and Netflix DVD back in the day and a lot of people didn't know this was the actual true story. Rick had a life sentence when he signed off on this movie, when the movie came out they dropped the life sentence but they got rid of Gary Webb. Also the movie was on the shelf because the world went from video tape / DVD to streaming and that was a long process.
