@@tylerwymer5403 I shared one song on a website, cannot remember its name. It was a three or four minute synthwave song. On RU-vid, on my old alias @Cactus521, I shared music compilations RU-vid would allow, but those were mostly pop of the 70's and 80's, the times of my teens then adulthood in '79. I do not compose a lot of songs, or at least record what I play. I preferred my "day job" of teaching business systems, lol, because that allowed me free travel. When my daughter was 'Yiddle", I'd play my Yamaha MIDI keyboard for her, amusing her since the MIDI interface from my computer allowed it to play itself. My 70's gospel choir, the Napa Valley Choraliers, who I toured with for six summers and on many weekends between 70 and 75, cut three albums on Vallejo CA's obscure "Astrolog" label. I was stunned to see one surface for $50 or so on e-bay. We financed our tours by selling our albums at our free concerts. To escape the gospel music, I'd listen to "Yes" growing up, and Elton John's "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" and George Harrison's "All Things Must Pass", lol. But I love singing gospel, and now in my sixth decade of life, I can still sing, with "Your Song", Elton John's first hit, being my favorite. I have met many Rock artists--I knew Huey Lewis quite well in the 80's, who stayed at a Napa Valley resort I co-managed weekly in the late 80's. I've also met Craig Chaquico of Starship at a free Scottsdale AZ concert, and Patrick Moraz of Yes and also the Moody Blues who bought me a beer at a Long Beach hotel I taught systems operations at, and also members of the band "Cheap Trick" in Corning NY, their lead singer also bought me a beer. Because I traveled in a gospel choir I entered the tourism business to continue travel, finding a wife, and raising a daughter, and music being the fabric of my life. I was born with problems memorizing things, struggled with math, learning to read and write, and music saved me. If one associates learning with music, that side of our brain can help us learn if the other side cannot. So I still remember my ABC's I learned in the 60's by remembering Julie Andrew's "Do Re Me" which my choir also sang, lol. When my business systems students struggled with learning Windows apps, I used music to reach them, getting them to remember their favorite songs while I taught.
