Question no. 75 ..I think glottis is opens to the pharynx which guarded by epiglottis and then it leads to the trachea...So how the answer is stomach ??

Glottis is the opening to pharynx which is guarded by epiglottis and plays a major role in digestion through which the bolus reaches the pharynx and then to stomach and further. The question is asked it is opening in the floor of which part!

Ptyalin is an enzyme secreted in mouth for the digestion of carbohydrates . Secretin and gastrin are gastrointestinal hormones . Whereas glucagone is a hormone secreted from Alpha cells of pancreas.

When the pH of the stomach is made 7 then protein digestion will affect as pepsin work as a pH of 2 to 3 and it does not activate because the enzyme is highly precise about their function.

No dear. Do check the answer again. Major inorganic component of bone is calcium phosphate. Bone is embedded in matrix which is mostly made up of inorganic salts of calcium and phosphorous.

The respiratory chemoreceptors work by sensing the pH of their environment through the concentration of hydrogen ions. Because most carbon dioxide is converted to carbonic acid (and bicarbonate ) in the bloodstream, chemoreceptors are able to use blood pH as a way to measure the carbon dioxide levels of the bloodstream.
