Here i have taken two important name reactions, i.e., Wittig Reaction and Horner-Wadsworth- Emmons Reaction. It would be really helpful to all in comparing the similarities and differences of similar name reactions.

Ans is 3, since P-ylide is unstable, the pdt is Z-alkene

Unstable ylide= z alkene(cis alkene) So, (3) will be the Answer.
