3 humans actually. most people don’t encounter this but during the siege of Moonrise Towers, if you enter the prison you’ll find a bunch of undead with three magic users. One has this ability.
I would take the overall chance to hit with the group’s attacks (being 12%) of 100, which would mean 12 attacks would land on average. Then I would roll 24d4 necrotic damage and distribute it among the targets however I want. Boom, Mass dnd combat turns 😎
The workaround is to break out the dice collection and roll as many d20s as possible up to 100 total rolls, tally the total hits, and use damage averages instead of rolling 100d6s. Your npc could take spells like shield, greater invisibility, globe of invulnerability, wall of force to isolate targets, fly to make melee attacks useless, destructive wave, transmuted cloudkill, or a 9th level spell of your choice as a few ideas
@@jcdenton2187 yeah good point, I think it's coded only for already set up enemies, since I summoned them 1 by 1 they were all individual unfortunately
I know it is literally 100 necromites so yeah they can probably kill anything but tell me why they made this Viconia encounter look so pathetic lmao the sharrans can barely kill about 30 of them, like I know they all have armor of agathys but jeez dude, I guess Viconia’s spirit guardians is the only aoe they have but also she picks the necrotic damage version notlikethis Props to that one necromite who found a sword lol
Yeah I didn't expect the armour of agathys being so strong, but perhaps it was also the ai not realising that if they just kept melee attacks going they might win since their spells do no dmg or only necrotic which they are resistant.
Took some time, maybe 15 minutes for all 100, but I had to redo it coz some of the sharrans didn't heal after the explosions and wanted them all to be full hp
