I feel the reason why blackpinks pre choruses and bridges always slap is because of rosé and jisoo's vocal that are very different to eachother since Jisoo has a more raspy voice and rosés is higher , it creates some kind of Harmony and balance that makes it sound good

I don’t know, I guess I see a difference between a group that has done problematic things (every Kpop group) and an actually problematic group. A group that does not learn from their mistakes is what I would call ‘problematic’ and that’s when I would stop supporting them. The first time can be called a mistake, maybe the second time as well. But the third time is a choice. A choice to not educate themselves and stay ignorant and for me that’s the difference with a group that did bad things but are willing to learn from it (that I’m willing to still support) and a group that doesn’t.

When it come s go choreography, seventeen really does know how to make use of the members and using the right formation. Not to mention that their choreo is always on point and suits the song. Imo the best kpop choreographies.

I don't think i've ever seen any group perform the way ateez does. Their choreographies are often very energy consuming and unusual (but like in a good way, they have really unique moves), they pretty much always sing live and there is so much charisma plus they're very intense. Add their flawless discography and the only thing they're missing is more domestic recognition. Once they gain a stable korean fanbase they'll be unstoppable
Yes their choreography is some of the hardest in the 4th gen, they're already known as the stage presence kings! (Aka: Group who is raising the standards of kpop performances!!) And it was revealed that ateez always sings live! They get praised for having amazing live vocals with intense dancing!! Just watch Kingdom and immortal songs for proof. It was revealed that only btob and ateez sang 100% live for every single stage!!! Just wow!! And immortal songs don't allow ANY lip singing! There slowly getting recognized day by day on their own, for their hard work and amazing self produced music!!

Yeji is one of the best leaders of the 4th gen gg.Being a leader is not only about being caring and sweet or whatever persona a leader is supposed to have.There is much more behind the scenes.She is chosen for a reason.Yeji has basiclly the most power in the group(almost the same as the manager) when it comes to:schedule managments,basiclly the group's secretary and a representation of Itzy themselves,when it comes to discussing stuff w the CEO and stuff like that.All the members are great but Yeji is like the backbone of the group

About promoting txt...THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB for their debut eras since there was so much content, and if I wasn't a MOA from their early debut days then,it would take me 4 months to get through all that info. about them, but the only era I was partially disappointed with the promotional period was probably from their recent comebacks..BLUE HOUR and 0X1 = LOVESONG....They literally had gone to less than 5 korean variety shows(as a group).

Listen, YJ's Run Up and NYFW, Soobin MC, BG's guest appearances? These are all promo as well. It isn't all about variety shows. Besides the ones they went to like Amazing Saturday and Sketchbook have more GP exposure not to mention you have to get a direct invitation to attend those shows unlike Idol room where any and everyone can go. Besides this time around BH started their US push. We had Elen, GMA, and James Cordon.

Personally, I thought of these recent comebacks to be enjoyable and amazing artistically speaking, but the other types of promotions(Going to variety shows is a big part of txt's whole time during each era, so it is counted as being promoted as well.) wasn't really standing out.

People need to STOP sleeping on OnlyOneOf. They are the only 4th gen bg that got me fascinated with their concepts and storyline along with their versatility. They can ace "cute" and "mature" concepts regardless their vocals and rapping. Lastly their LYRICS. I would always find myself in my own world after understanding their lyrics. Oh and one more, they spoil their LyOns with TONS AND TONS of content. I stumbled upon one their songs and I CANT stop listening to their discography ever since then and I don't even regret it and trust me yall won't too. As a kpop Stan since 2012, I have never stanned any groups as quickly as I stanned them. (I thoroughly check their discography, concepts and choreography before doing so.) They are definitely worth stanning imo. Thanks for listening to my pep talk.

About #86, I think supporting problematic groups is okay as long as you don’t support the videos that were offensive or try to defend their actions. Hold them responsible. Most KPop group/artists have done something offensive, whether they apologised or not. Eg :: Mamamoo, BTS, blackpink, SKZ, loona, KARD, NCT (etc). All of your favs have done something offensive or racist. If u were forbidden from supporting problematic groups as such, you would not be able to support any KPop artist/group. Everyone does things they regret, maybe without thinking first. But as long as we do not support the source that the offensive act was released on, and we don’t try to defend their actions, then I believe supporting them is okay. I ult Ateez, SKZ and BTS. As far as I know, SKZ and BTS have done some very racist things but they do support blm and cultures/religions, donating to blm as well. Sometimes people do it as a mistake without thinking.
Agree with this so much! Making them realise what was wrong with their actions is much better than just simply stop paying attention to them. People (especially in the US - saying this out of personal experience, obviously not exclusively Americans) need to realise that a lot of things that are seen as bad (for right reasons, obviously) are not well-known in countries where (for example) there aren't as many black people. I'm from Germany, I didn't even know that Blackface was (is) a thing that people do, let alone that it's straight up bad. People need to be told that something is not okay - and straight up going into screaming at them won't help. Telling people "hey, it's wrong because of this and that and you shouldbe careful with this" is much more effective in the long run. Of course, this shouldn't be put on the people who are hurt by actions (for example PoC when it comes to racism). Also, if you're not in the group of people that have been a victim of a situation - you don't really get to decide whether they are fine with an apology or not. However, what I also have to add: Try to get to know a whole storyline of incidents if you're hating on people. For example: BTS and Mamamoo both have apologized plenty of times and have learned out of it. It's one thing to not accept it (completely someone's choice) but it's another one trying to paint a different narrative which sadly a lot of people do (as in "they're still like that" / "they have done this and that in this year" when it's not true etc.). All in all: Hold people responsible but at the same time don't be an idiot and lie.
Over all the groups i think people only talk about MAMAMOO, i can say that i stan them but when it comes To music and talent they never unclude them because they are problématique
Exactly i completely disagree with youtuber's opinion about BE(no hate to them for it though) but BE is a good album. It's completely different from their other albums and has a soothing soft concept. Telephety and Life goes on are my favourite from the album. Blue and grey is definately a good song as well. Also extreamly unpopular but Dynamite >>>>>>>>Butter

I think the reason why people aren't really feeling their English songs as much is because they just don't sound that authentic...idk if you get what I'm saying but yea...they come off as underwhelming because that "BTS vibe" just isn't their anymore...I listened to all of the songs you listed and can't remember what any of them sound like. So it's not that they're bad, they just feel a bit like a reach sometimes, and not a reach out to fans but a reach out to the western market.

TXT's storyline has so many plots and twists, sometimes it's even confusing and that's what it makes it so interesting. Their storyline is a ✨ M A S T E R P I E C E✨. It's super unique. Unlike anything I've ever seen before.

Literally I got into BTS in 2014 and heard the same "I like their older music" even back then when they changed their sound a little from WABPP2 to Just One Day. It's literally my standard comment. I think I commented on another post as well but I disagree that TXT is under promoted. I really hope your being honest about your solo stanning because You would be the first I have ever met here and on Twitter who supposedly does not shit on other members. Yes twice isn’t praised nor in their lyric participation nor as a girl group .So when I ask someone why don’t you like twice..they’ll say it like ‘yo what’s with their cute concepts I just hate them man’ and they don’t consider songs like Fancy,ICSM,Alcohol free,Kura kura,perfect world ……I don’t understand what’s wrong with being cute or doing aegyo Until It’s not irritating and they are not too cute in real lives c’mon grow up people YOUR fav idols too do aegyo in real life remember that!!! just because BTS' English songs are upbeat it doesn't make them the same, PTD and Dyn do have a similar message (or purpose) but Butter is completely structurally and sonically different, I think they just wanted to focus on uplifting pop especially during such a low period so I guess in that regard...maybe? (sorry if this comes across weird the tone isn't meant to be anything but kind!)
I'm not sure what the creator was trying to say either with that opinion since they didn't really say in what way is it Dynamite 3.0 however, I do agree with the opinion because all three of those really do give off the same vibe to me especially Dynamite and Butter since they both have that kinda retro concept...don't get mad at me tho, I'm just saying an opinion
@@celestealleyne9622 yh it’s all totally a personal thing! to me they are all sonically separate and i see different influences and motivations behind each, I do often find it weird that their three english songs are clumped together when other upbeat songs e.g boy with luv, make it right ect are not but i do also understand that outside of butter they didn’t have the same level or writing/production influence and therefore maybe the songs sound less “theirs” :)
Dynamite 3.0? I must agree. It's also like they kept dialing up the autotune with each song. BTS have great vocalists and I know they're using it for style but it's starting toto get ridiculous now. Next thing you know, they'll sound like Quavo or Lil Wayne
Personally I’m probably wayyyyy biased, but treasures music is WILD GOOD. Their title tracks and b sides are so diverse. I honestly love I love you because it has such a sweet soft tone and vibe in the beginning and then BAM chorus. It’s simply spectacular. And mmm was so unique. What other kpop group releases a hoe anthem after 2 comebacks??? Anyway, needless to say I disagree lmao
Precisely, they have always experimented with their music and most importantly, they have contributed to their work. MMM was definitely iconic and releasing My Treasure after MMM? SOLID BOPS. Anyways, I hope people check out their bsides- come to me, orange, beautiful etc. I've never seen a rookie group try out such different concepts every time they make a comeback
before i say the opinion, i like blackpink and all but the fans and fandom i just can't. unpopular opinion :: The way YG promotes for comebacks is different and I kinda like it reasoning for my opinion :: The only reason why YG does this, is because if you see other groups that have multiple comebacks or comeback a lot, it could get boring for fans or it can also hurt the artists. YG's plan is actually a good one, it gets you excited and makes you wonder what the comeback will be.

They are trying to spread good things, cheery music, so everyone can find comfort and get uplifted in these tough times. And I hate how people sleep on life goes on! As if it wasn't the only korean act to top billboards us and global charts. Not to mention the message in the song, even their whole album BE is very heartfelt and comfortful- if that is a word.

@@leharig1112 ikrr when people (including army's) talk about no.1s on bb they almost everytime forget lgo's existence and it irritates tf out of me, people moved on from lgo and film out a bit too fast.
Disagree with 26th one, BTS have released the whole BE album after black swan with songs like telepathy, stay, blue and gray, dis-ease, etc. Their 2021 releases were a bit underwhelming but I'm sure they have some amazing surprises planned for us 😉
