parmesan: 100 g (3.5 oz)

salami: 150 g (5.3 oz)
eggs: 1 pc
poppy seeds: 20 g (0.7 oz)

It looked like 40 pieces in 8 minutes not including cooking time to me. I watch these videos on fastest speed and an additional 10 seconds faster in some points with the sound off. I can work with some of this recipe but I'd change a few things up for my personal taste.

I agree with the majority of the comments. The song is irritating. The progress of the recipe is so slow and tedious. I've watched a few of her vids but no more, its not worth the time investment.
