@@bigretrostudiois there a way to fix the graphics issue on uncharted golden abyss? Also, how do i exit a game i'm playing, to play another game, without force closing the app?
Nice video, thanks for sharing! For games that are running well, what the average FPS you’re seeing (hard to see the FPS counter)? Also, the aspect ratio annoys me, do you know if there’s way to screen stretch to full screen?
Got it up and running on mine@rostudio, thanks again! I set the display to fill the screen which looks great. Your video is especially helpful to make sure I'm installing games that actually run. If possible, I'd suggest adding the working status in parentheses next to your timecodes so it's easier to ID which ones those are. Just a couple notes for others - I did find that I needed to create a custom config for a few games and disable the memory buffer (like Salt and Sanctuary) to get them working. Also, I downloaded a ton of PKG roms before I found out the hard way you do not want to use these. Nonpdrm roms in .zips are the way to go in my opinion, since you don't need to provide separate license files.
Got it up and running, thanks again! Friendly suggestion to add playability status to the time codes in your description so at a glance we can see that info. I Had to create configs for a few games to get them to run (like salt and sanctuary), and I will say the only game format that worked for me was nonpdrm.
Hi @bigretrostudio, thanks for video, very nice list of games) A small question about Bastion - did you able to enter Distillery? In my case game freezes when I try to do that =(
I have it but i'm learning to tweak it and I can't find the ps vita zip or pkg that I want to find and i'm seriuos want to play Va11 HallA and other graphic styles
Im a fan of the system, my Friends surprised me with one on my past B-day. I was surprised, played all of our favorites from when we were younger or teens. Had no clue it could play Ps Vista. I have some questions with hopefully someone knowing what to do. I can have say, Shadow the hedgehog off of GameCube playing perfect, but once I go to another new GameCube game, an obviously have to change a couple of settings. What i didnt know, it doesn't save changes to that one game, changes the whole system. Go back to Shadow, plays like shit, an still cant get it back to playing perfect like it originally was. An, I cant seem too update it, without absolutely deleting every saved file an whatever deletes with it. Any suggestions? Ive got one friend that the update doesn't do a lot at all, other than a battery bump an a new look, an wouldn't be worth it, considering I'd be risking the SD card being wiped.
I used the Dolphin mmjr version 1.0-11505. Settings: General: Duel core- on Override emu could clock speed- on Sync on skip idle- on Fast disc speed- off Jit follow- on Audio stretching on Emulated memory size Override- off Graphics: Video backend- Mostly opengl / some vulkan Shadow compilation - skip drawing Compile shader- on Backend multithreding- off Rest default.
@@bigretrostudio I've got the same Dolphin emulator as you, I believe mine maybe updated cause your numbers compared to mine are different, other than that the same. Thanks so much for replying, I changed everything over as u had it, it does run better, but nothing like originally. Not playable running, but wow look at th graphics kinda deal, slow mo lol. Could a person update to the newest one, an where it's so knew, it could pose a problem for a game?
Thanks again for the help, does anyone, know how to put this back it's default settings? I really dunno what to do after this point. It's still a great system, just a User not to familiar with emulation; I do obviously know more now than when I started, but no ciggar yet. Now Star Fox Adventures is running like they would on Bay watch, without yhe perfect hair.
It is "definitely possible"!! Otherwise, how do you think I made these many games work? You just need the latest version of vita3K. I'll do a tutorial in the future if needed.
