Thank you for bringing the ps1 games test, I found the performance incredible and I was curious to know how N64 games run, can you bring a top 100 too? That would be wonderful!
I would be eternally grateful if you could confirm whether or not Crusaders of Might and Magic plays on this device 🙏 probably my favorite Retro Game and I was heartbroken that I couldn't get it to play on my miyo Mini. Praying the extra Ram matters.
Thanks for this! I'm expecting the RG35XX 2024 model and a lot of my searches resulted in your videos! 10/10 my guy. Love and respect the time and effort you put in keeping us informed. Subbed.
Excellent video, there is always doubt about which games work well, it's rare to find this, based on your video I'm going to buy mine, thank you and congratulations on the video
For improove the ps1 performance on this console, you have to enable thread video in retroarch, this vill made your ps1 games smoother an fully playable
I assume legend of dragoon will work well on this. A friend of mine wanted to get a steam deck as a portable legend of dragoon dilivery. I told her there are cheaper options that work, and I wanted to site this as the cheapest functional option.
Thanks for your comment! I have so many handhelds with preloaded sd cards, so I complicated all the ps1 games into one to make this video. The rest of the games to make it 100 game testing, I found online. 🙌🏼
Hello nice review thanks, i have question is it possible to connect with xbox wireless gamepad withou OTG… or without any cable…. And also may i use my ipad pro scream streaming, screen sharing (sorry for my english) thank you :)i hope you understand what i mean…
thanks for the video, good job ! got mine Anbernic, but Disney's Hercules is not there, any idea where could 1x find the game ? I am just starting with this magic console ! Thanks.
Any chance of doing a video on how to clone the orignal card as i dont like garlic operating system. I did try one programme but ended up wiping the actual SD card that cane with the machine and the offial site doesnt seem to work on my RG35XX when i download it from there .
I have only tried using overclocking on garlic os. As you can see, there were only 2 games which were lagging, so I didn't bother much. But since you said I'll give it a try 🙂👍🏻
Hi and thank you for this test! Can you please tell us if those games are preload by default in te RG35XX ? Thank u very much, i can wait to see the N64 test ☺
Hey, thanks for checking out my video :) You will have to get an SD card with games to play, I have also done the N64 gameplay test on RG35XX. Please check it out 😎
I have one of these and a few other emulators (RG353PS, 353VS, 351P, 280V, Retroid Pocket 3 Plus, Data Frog SF2000). I like the screen on this device and it’s nice to be able to connect it to the screen (although, it’s not as clear as some other Anbernics), I still don’t understand the hype. These games are over a quarter of a century old and we still cannot play them all well in a basic emulator?! The industry is holding back and they are selling tech that costs pennies to produce at such a premium that I’m not sure if I want to get anything else in the future. My 35XX is going to my young son and I’ll keep either the 353PS or the Retroid, as well as the 280V, which is a brilliant and truly portable handheld, but the rest are going on eBay.
I think there's multiple factors in emulating these consoles. I doubt that these chinese publishers of these consoles are holding back for their budget. But I could be wrong.
It depends on people. For me, that diagonal d-pad issue is not a big deal to decide not to buy this device. Miyoo Mini Plus doesn't have that "so-called issue" if you want to consider an alternative.
@@bigretrostudio hello again , do you recommend this for just starting on retro community, if i am able to get this, this will be my 1st emulation device.
@bigretrostudio I found out that stock OS will run the PS roms. Also found I never loaded my list of PS roms (did that and no change). Seems that Garlic likes CDs in CHD file format. I'm giving that a try now. About half way done with the conversion. It's definitely a Garlic OS thing that it can't read/load BIN/CUE files. Maybe it's too much for Garlic and will be addressed at a later date
Got pne last week, didnt come with Garlic OS on it, im not a guy who can work a pc to put it on, but bought SD card off a seller on ebay, 128gb one which has Garlic and loads more PS1 games and all the mario games they didnt come with, complete lifesaver, its suberb
can you help? i bought one of these and ps1 list was very bad so i decided to add my own but when i try to play the ones iv added i just get black screen what am i doing wrong?
Hello, I took all the games of different sd cards together and added others myself. I installed garlic os myself, but recently, iv heard they started selling with garlic os installed. Please check from where you order to confirm that. 👍🏻
@@cody3353 These devices have terrible regulation. Using amps a bit higher than recommended is fine and will just use 1.5A anyway, but using the wrong voltage on this thing will fry it. Unfortunate issue for sure as its not the case with most devices. It also seems to have a bad habit of "picking" the wrong voltage on fast chargers that can support multiple output modes, such as a Samsung charger that can do 5v OR 19v.
