I honestly had no idea 100% pure had a beauty sponge. I would love a video on your favorite makeup sponges with a rundown of the pros and cons of each.

I like this video format MUCH better than the annoying multi-camera-angle thing you’ve been trying in other videos. I still prefer the more raw, less edited stuff. It just seems more real and authentic to me.

Justin Mendez it’s just preference, I’m no expert 😉. This style seems less scripted (probably none are scripted? Just my feels here), and hits me more like a conversation than a production. I’m sure that every video (as simple as some appear) are actually “produced.” I’m not trying to minimize the work that goes into the video. I’m not a RU-vidr (or ANYTHING really, haha!) I just like feeling like Tashina is sharing her humble opinion, along with her passionately gathered information, in a simple straightforward non-threatening way. I also realize everything I’ve said here could be taken very offensively and personally. Please don’t!! It’s not my intention. I’m a simpleton from the Midwest, and I like living in the blissful ignorance that Tashina has her iPhone set up to record her thoughts and share them with me 😊 (yeah.....I know that’s not the case haha, maybe it’s just my frozen Minnesota brain). I also like mistakes, dropping things, tongue tied moments, and the beautiful smile that shows her perfect teeth. All the real stuff. Great review of the product, btw! I’m a no-coverage girl myself (you probably could have guessed) but I will consider this product if I have a special occasion!

I have dry skin and I have to wear a primer, use a beauty blender and make sure my skin is well prepped or this grabs dry patches . And even with all that I still see a little dryness it sticks to in my forehead. I have to be careful about setting powders as well. Xo Davita

I try to use my fingers and it has higher coverage compared to using a sponge. It just hard to blend with fingers. XD

I do love this BB cream, but I always have trouble applying it, even with the luminous primer. While applying this to my face, it's so incredibly sticky and almost won't budge once I dab it on different areas of my face. I must be doing something wrong. Because I love their products so much and I love the finished look, I still use it. When I was in my 20s, I had very oily skin, but now that I'm 45, I think my skin is much drier. Any suggestions for me? Thank you for this awesome video! 🤗💖

Thank you! With this BB cream, I find flat top brushes and fingers work best for the application. You can also easily add more layers too.

I'd love to try it, but I'm a lot lighter than you, so the lightest shade would be way too dark for me.

That's a tough call! I will say I think the 100% Pure one has more coverage, but the Pacifica one (being less pigmented) would work with more skin tones. The Pacifica CC Cream is a good option if you want more coverage too! It's not as pigmented as the 100% Pure BB Cream either, but definitely more so than their BB Cream.

If I was to use the 100% pure primer and bb cream, is it ok to use an ultra powder? Will it not affect me as much?

I think it would be fine, but I would suggest trying it yourself to find out. The BB Cream is pretty full coverage on it's own.

Olá minha qrd espero que esteja tudo bem cntg. Se quando eu terminar de tomar banho; por volta das 18:00 hrs todos os dias. E logo apos passar o bb cream para a proteção contra a luz visível/artificial, ja será a segunda vez ao dia que estarei limpando o rosto. Tendo em vista isso, na hora que eu for dormir e for retirar o bb cream (geralmente com agua micelar e algodão) sera a terceira limpeza do rosto em apenas um dia. Sabe me dizer se isso seria prejudicial para pele do rosto? Desde já agradeço pela atenção
