some of these comments are wild. first, bone broth is better than the actual bone or meat. when you cook the meat/bone, the nutrient extracted into the water, broth. some of these customers are poor, they cant afford to pay for meat, so they buy only broth. honestly, those poorer customers are getting the more valuable nutrient from the dish.
Golden Point - All meat unless it is separated from the bone and kneaded with oil is not meant to be cooked by boiling but by frying and eating the same as boiled meat is practically tasteless ( El )
Is this like the Kashmir thing going on where they show you the real stuff and sell you the fake? Dudes got all that meat and all you get it coloured water 😮
