Please don't compare ivy leagues with ASU. ASU is no-where close to the ivy leagues. I would highly suggest you to target better universities than ASU. I have seen that people who don't get admission to any top or mid ranking university can easily get into ASU.

Getting a part time for ppl who are not having any scholarships is tough. Except for that everything else is great. Please keep that in mind. There are nearly a few hundreds of applications just for student worker roles.

Federal student loan is only for US citizens, there are very few universities in USA (top 20 mostly) that offer need based aid to international students!
