A way to get permanent marker off of your skin is to use spray sunscreen, I used to be on the swim team, and we would have to write our relay races on our arm with permanent marker, and the only way I was able to get it off was with spray sunscreen. Hope this helps!

Instead of the hairspray to get out sharpie use expo markers. I know it works because at the beginning of my school year we were using sharpie to label our stuff and I messed up but I remembered that hack and I had to do it like once and it came off. 😂❤

It depends on the restaurant really with those menu boards, im pretty sure the KFC in my local shopping senter uses the same kind of thing as in this video for their menu but the larger KFC's in my area they definifely have video screen mwnus because you can see them changing without any interaction on a loop, the larger the restaurant and the more money they make the better menu boards they usually have.
