I really like the fact that Werewolves are not only shown as stupid monsters that kill mindlessly everything showing a lot of blood, but also as cute and wise creatures with a gold heart. A perfect example is this movie

Sounds like my pet wolf whom I had 4 a total of 14 years. He was so majestic looking, & he could have been just a beautiful animal, but he had a beautiful heart 2 match, & U could see it in his face. He loved EVERYBODY, including other animals, & was the most gentle, loving friend U could imagine. :) I miss him...

2:33 'Ugh... do I have to do EVERYTHING myself?' I'm pretty sure you do, I don't think a stuffed animal will do anything for you. EDIT: This may contain spoilers. Now I know how it is, I now own the movie on DVD. The stuffed monkey's name is Scoops and the ice cream guy's name is Foxwell Cripp. Cripp may be kind of a strange man, and a little agressive as well, but he's only trying to 'help' Freddy. At first, he didn't know his actions would have consequences for Freddy and didn't realise that werewolves weren't as evil as he thought they would be.

2020 had 2 Wolf movies, 100% Wolf and Wolfwalkers, while Wolfwalkers is obviously the better one, I think 100% Wolf is a really cute movie! I love the father and son between Flasheart and Freddy And Freddy’s were poodle form is just so adorable! :D

Wolfwalkers did get a brief theatrical release in Ireland (and the UK iirc), but cinemas had to shut down again shortly after due to another rise in covid cases at the start of 2021 :/

I love werewolves! These are the types I love! The ones that look actually wolflike. this movie had a lot of potential but failed too hard in so many places there was just so much cringe in it and so many things were just- confusing and unanswered. Like why the boys a dog-why is his hair pink, where his mother is, and then the part where the female dog is clearly suggested to be a love interest I don't even remember if they addressed why wolves and dogs don't like each other or if its just 'a thing' its good enough to entertain younger kids but if you just like cartoons then one watch of this movie is going to be more than enough
