@Bidu Bidu excuse me, moron, but there actually ARE people like him in America. I KNOW this for a fact. Please, don't assume you know there is a lack of good people in ANY place, unless, of course, you are, simply, basing this assumption on the knowledge you have of your own place of residence, because of the fact that YOU are there. People who say things like the comment you made, are assuming everyone is as selfish as they are. Take your eyes off of your mirror and you'll notice that there are many good people everywhere.
P Gainer Really? You have the nerve to make an ignorant comment like that? Obviously, i see, from your comment, that you are one of those self-righteous idiots who will blurt out that inanity and beieve they're correct when, in fact, they choose to believe it because its easier for them to justify THEIR lack of generosity, and their choice to, either, treat the armies of homeless, mentally ill , starving, cold, sick and needy people that we all encounter, begging for anything we can spare, on a daily basis, as if they are subhuman and/or, somehow, deserving of their situation, or as if they've CHOSEN to live the way they do(as if YOU are, somehow, better than them and, because you're smarter, morally superior or, again, imune to tragedy because you're "worthiness" means you'll never experience anything shattering or, if so, you'll be too capable of or too deserving of success to experience tragedy from which its difficult to recover because you can CHOOSE to have only great events and things you're able to handle ha9pen in your life), or you, simply, ignore and look right through them. Speak only for and of that which you know, i.e. YOURSELF. There are MANY qualities I wish more Americans valued and possessed, as individuals and on a societal level, such as: worldliness, better knowledge of other languages, cultures, food, lifestyles, openness to more varieties of religions and spiritual options, more and better education, in general, at all levels of society, in all subjects, more ACTUAL education in and open mindedness toward different political philosophies and recognition of more of them as valid options and, most of all, the ability to recognize, again, individually AND as a society, the reletive newness of our country and the fact that neiter it, nor any part of our way of doing things , laws, customs, or anything else, is set in stone or should be; our way of life is NOT the pinnacle of greatness, or that to which all others should aspire, and there are many political, economic, moral, etc., choices made, daily by entire countries, that are as good as or better, but equally valid as any other, or ours. I'd say we're running low on people with MANY of those qualities, in fact. One thing, however, which I happen to know, personally, that this country has as much of as anywhere else, is decent, giving, generous, helpful people who spend huge portions of their lives - and bank accounts - on helping as many people, as often, as is physically and mentally possible. The ONLY people, truly, who are stupid enough and ignorant enough to say things like you said, are those who, like yourself, spend so much time looking in the mirror, that they've begun to, mistakenly, believe that there own reflection is an accurate portrayal of the rest of the society in which they live. I KNOW I'm rght about this AND about YOU, too, because, for example, if you truly CARED about all of the people around you who are in need of help, you wouldn't, actually, feel there was any need to say what you said, nor would you believe that statement was even valid, or even WANT to say it because, at the VERY LEAST, you would be able to say there was ONE awesome human being, because you would KNOW there was, since it would be you. People like you really make me incredibly sick. Speak for YOURSELF and ONLY yourself,
P Gainer in other words, start with yourSELF; or is that a little TOO much work? Its easier to say ignorant, inane things like that, blame others for not being good human beings, tell YOURSELF that YOU can't give your time, money, energy, etc., because "one person cant, possibly do it all". Afterwards, you, then, sit back, judge everyone else, and pat yourself on the back for "caring enough" to, at least, "wish" there were more good people like yourself. Awe! Pauvre, pauvr'enfant! It must be so hard being SO altruistic! P.s. Smug much? Douchebag
what amazes me is that no matter how large or how much he has to cook he still pays attention to detail. You're not even concern about sanitary conditions or anyting I would eat that! he can teach you a lot about patience and pride in the work that you're doing no matter where you are or who you're serving without any modern technology. Hats off to DADDY!!

I started watching these great food preparation videos since over a year and I admired this personality and liked the food he cooks. Many of these recipes are also common in my place al bahaa region in Saudi. Every time I come back to this and I enjoy watching. I anticipate that He will be internationally recognized for what he is good at.
Tell this man that ,I too, am also a chef and I have great respect for him. From one chef to another, if you boil those gizzards first for about 40 minutes and then add the seasonings they will be very tender. Respect
How amazing is it that these people who don't look wealthy are cooking inscribed food and giving to less fortunate people.its time we take look at our selves.
