no one: randomly generated items: while midair, while out of danger, while at full health, on equipment use, temporarily increase base health regeneration by 1244.97% (+311.24% per stack). effect lasts for 24.9 seconds (+6.2 per stack), and the effect can stack multiple times. and the funniest bit is that this is still better than some of the dlc items
Imagine if crit worked like in Warframe, where if your CRIT chance is more than 100% your CRIT can CRIT, and 200%+ can makes that so that CRIT can CRIT again, and so on, infinitely

Attack Speed while out of danger is utterly useless. Like genuinely, it's only value is to be used for scrap. The moment you attack, whether you hit something or not, you count as in danger. Therefore, only your first attack gets the attack speed boost. Which is useless since attack speed only affects the time between attacks, not before them.
They should add items that can summon friendly enemies, and it could be any amount of any enemy but its unique to the item which enemy it summons. Kinda like queens gland.
