the buffs from Bennet and Mona (probably has ttds) are still active, so we don't know how much atk he actually has.

C6 gives him normal, charged, and plunged damage increase for each point of his EM so the point isn't completely zero

Still not worth it usually. That amount of burst dmg can be done by a main several times easier and with less set up. The meta kind of shift from 1 big burst to reaction spam with a bunch of smaller decent dmg hit.

This comparison is weird... Those two builds are supposed to do different things. The EM one is for empowering your allies, whereas the crit dmg one is for his personal dmg... So what exactly is the point of the comparisson?

If only they actually created kazuha signature that really matches a samurai like him and not a four star atk% katana or goofy ah blue sword And i dont think freedom sworn is his signature, i thinks its more a best in slot weapons for him
