Nothing new all gym goer can do 1000 reps. Its called giant sets at some place. Each person have many way to do it but the basic is you need to choose weight that you can do 20reps and choose 10type of workout. Each work out 5sets. 20x5x10=1000reps. Can complete within 1hour. Try and you will be amazed that you can push yourself.
