So where do you get the "essentials pre convert" ? You mention some username but don't link it etc.

You make it from the base. You convert the base and place all the shared folders in the heirarchy and copy that in your mod. Before and after.

good tutorial, but whenever i try to import .pim it just stops responding, what am i doing wrong?

FreeZicGaming depends on how big the pim is. Some of the models that are 100mb and up can take 40-60 mins.
