It does, upgrades of JJRCs, WPLs, and MNs are usually twice the cost of the original trucks.

do you think mn82 is better than wpl c74 (suzuki jimny) ? im going to buy my first ever crawler and i am between mn82 and c74, 1/12 vs 1/10 but wich one is better?

both can be heavily modified but if you are looking for rock crawling go for c74 and if you want a trail truck go with mn82

I did this upgrade, and it was excellent. But with the extra weight, and on very steep climbs, the original battery (500mAh) only lasts 12 minutes. What should I do to improve this? just change the battery? what type? or engine too? But will the board withstand these upgrades? Which model did you exchange for? Can you send me the link and which models?

1500 mah batteries are what a friend and I switched to. But this does not give power, only more playtime. For more power you want a bigger motor. I haven't got one yet but a 370 brushless motor seems like the go to. But you'll want to invest in a soldering iron and some solder for this an future electronic stuff.

How much height did you win with this metal upgrade? Did you also change the chassis for a metal chassis? I think the original mn82 is too light and need upgrades to have more height and with that, increase traction.

Hello! I just wanna ask either the channel or anyone here with the metal axles, did the rear axle come with bearings inside? Because reports from other people say that the rear axle binds and breaks due to the absence of bearings which have a slot in there. Thanks!

I have purchased the axle upgrade from AliExpress recently, and the bearings came along along. The screws are still an issue, you may need spares, I'm new to this hobby recently, and I was able to make it work.

Yes but 1000% money invested...Those oil filled shocks have too stiff springs. I had to cut mine to softem them up.

@@CarsTrucks4Fun And in yor case the shocks perform better than in my mn128 due to the extra weight of the metal parts. This is an extremely good looking rc and for 150eur totalwith upgrades you can get a super scale 1\12. If only they sold 1\10 scale...would be ideal because most accessories are for 1\10

Depends on the shocks, I'm using the 1/18 TRX4M and the springs are a bit weak, 0.6mm diameter, if you have the cheapest shorty one, it's kind of useless and it only has 7mm travel, also depends on the body/battery weight

Maybe you need to use lighter weight oil also, and play with the piston position when closing the cap, either fully extended, mid way or full compression, it will behave differently
