I would like to suggest you to evenly distribute the secondaries along the entire circumference. Toroidal transformers are used to minimise magnetic flux leakages which interfere with an amplifier's sensitive input stage. Having secondaries unevenly distributed presents high reactive magnetomotive forces where turns are condensed and low where they are farther apart. This causes flux to leak.

A transformer is an inductive device for which current and voltage phase are shifted. That is why power rating of a transformer is expressed in VA, not watt. That core will saturate long before you ever reach 500 VA. If you spend so much time and effort in winding it, why don't you do a clean job? Spread the windings evenly.
Hi there, video is nicely made. But you did not show how to make core for the transformer. Is it bought out? Is all the sizes easily available in market?
In your site, you said that the primary and sec. were 17 gauge and 10 gauge respectively!! But here in the video, you are using 22 gauge and 18 gauge !! Do you mean that there is a wide range of flexibility in utilizing the size of wire?
