I mounted the inverter and it really works great. Assembled it following the drawing where the components appear mounted on the board because the schematic was illegible. In the drawing, the correct value of the resistors on the left of the LM358 trimpot adjustment is from left to right 4.7R, 1K and 1K. The value of the resistors on the back (right) of the LM 358 are 2K2, 2K2 and 10K. The resistor connected to the base of the S8050 FAN is 2K2. Above the 2.5uF 630v capacitor the square piece is a mini bridge rectifier such as the DBL107G and the terminal - it is marked wrong. It must be connected to the 100K resistor side under the + terminal. Below the mosfets from left to right the 2 holes that appear without connection between the 4.7R and the 10K resistor must be connected with a piece of wire. Also, to reduce the no-load power consumption from 2 amperes to 1 ampere, I wrapped the wires that come out of the board to the 7v primary of the transformer in 1 ferrite ring (I gave it 5 turns). I used 2 separate ferrites. 1 for each wire. The transformer I bought here: www.center-ti.com.br/transformadores/transformador-para-inversor-1000w-saida-220v-entrada-7v It is also necessary to reinforce the tracks of the mosfets with a thick rigid wire, as described in the video, because the current circulating in these tracks can be very high depending on the load.
Hallo sir I couldn't find the yr1030 meter in my country but I had a digital meter that was faulty I took the shunt and guess what it worked and the inverter is working fine thanks man God bless you
1. Those mosfets should be facing inward. 2. The gate drive resistors should be at least 10R each. 3. The gate off resistors should be at least 20k each. 4. Fast decoupling input caps are missing. 5. Power traces are too long, no caps in the way. 6. Shunt resistor will desolder itself at 500w load. 7. Egs002 is not modified (probably will get fried pretty early). What happened???

What kind of transfer paper was being used? I also make PCB'S and use the toner transfer method but I have never seen paper like that. Crisp clean flawless transfer please let me know. Awesome video, very nice!!!!

I see that you put 10kohm different from EGS002 scheme your design work well and I see heat sink over resecetors And what happened if 4.7 ohm damaged and mosfet is on I know there EGS002 protect but I want to protect the mosfets also from damage
Biến áp sắt hiệu suất thấp lắm, anh đã thử mua dây 3 ly về quấn 7v vào cái ổn áp Lioa 1,5kw và dư 8 motfet 80n80 chạy 48v để khi cúp điện chạy qua MPPT kết hợp với ac quy, tuy board ES002 nó tự động mở rộng xung thì khi không tải nó chỉ ăn tầm 0.4 ampe nhưng đo thực tế càng chạy công suất lớn hiệu suất càng thấp, 100w bình được 80w Ac, 1000w dc thì chỉ thu được 750w Ac, anh cũng ráp kích 24v 8 motfet với b2 biến áp áp xung E4220 quấn đồng lá 4 xem và lấy luôn 4 con cầu H của hòa lưới Suoer 1000 qua nhưng hiệu suất cũng chỉ đạt 80%, 1000w dc thu về 800w Ac, cuối cùng dùng luôn cái kích Suoer 2000 nó đạt 90% vì nõi biến áp nó tốt hơn loại mình mua ở Nhật Tảo, dù mình quấn cục tốt tẩm vec ly vẫn không ăn thua... Cục biến áp Lioa thử kích từ Ac cao cấp vào nó đạt 95% nhưng của mình là DC được ES0002 nó băm ra mà thua con pic của thằng Suoer nó băm mịn hơn nên ít hao hơn?

Thank you sir for sharing. I have one question: i see that you use 4.7R (7.5R in the schematic) resistor between the driver and the mosfet gate. And i can't help but wonder if isn't too low value. I was expecting 10R for driving 2 mosfet with the IR2110. My question is: isn't too much current going thought the IR2110? Cheers.
Well, the mosfet I use has a very low parasitic capacitor. Furthermore, the SPWM frequency of EG8010 is only ~ 20Khz. It should work fine. but 10R or 15R can be used.
I'm afraid this project will not give 1000 watts. MOSFETs (this is probably IRF3205 ?) weak, the tracks are thin, the shunt and fuse are weak. The power supply capacitor must be at least 10000 uf. And all this economy must withstand a current of about 100 amperes. And in General, removing 1000 watts from 12 volts is also not an easy task. Then...if trafo output get .............short circuit......this shunt can protect mosfet or whole circuit....from burnt....or not...?? ......and......can I use this circuit...with soft start disabled of Egs002 by jumper settings (jp2 & jp6)...or...not...........??
