This is a 1000W - 12V inverter using NE555 timer IC. It uses 6 mosfet IRF3205. 2 4700uF 35V capacitors. The maximum output is 1000W. Of course your transformer must be big enough. In this video, my transformer is quite small, it can only provide up to 400W. Mosfet is very cool, When working at 200W, I don't need heatsink. Potentiometer on the frequency adjustment circuit, you can adjust from 40 to 70HZ, suitable for all the grid in the world. How do I cancel the TAC tick from the transformer sound when the battery is fully charged at 13v? The TAC ticks when it is less than 13v. The transformer doesn't make a sound. How can I correct that point? Thank you.
Sir can I use 104 capacitor in a place of 105 capacitor . Or you suggest a solution.Our local market did not find this capacitor .And there is a problem, instead of 20K resistor, two 10K resistor can be put in series.pleas reply me.thnxxxx...
So o finally build this circuit I get no results I don’t know is inverter work with aluminum transformer because that’s all I have and I use a scope to set the 60hz and 50 duty cycle but the gate volt keep dropping with I connected the grounds wire the 6 volt drop to 1.344 volt and the other side drop to 4.44 volt should this happen with even though the totem pole is booster the volt and current but the mosfet can’t turn on at that low volt I am use irf3710 the gate turn on very easily with 2 volt but it won’t inverter the current is stopping in the mosfet and won’t inverter just getting hot I use the mosfet perfectly on my pwm charger high current 300p with only one side signal from the 555 and I connected the 10k resistor to gate and source and the voltage don’t drop so am wondering why I use your design and get no results I use all 10k and 2k for the signal spits for two signal the signal spit perfectly but with I connected mosfet and ground volt the voltage drop to nothing so with is this happening
I built the inverter following your circuit file and while testing it, I discovered that the 3 transistors at the right is not generating any signal at all. what might be wrong with it ?

Hay que tomar en cuenta que este tipo de inversores solamente se recomiendan para lámparas incandescentes ya que no les afecta la onda cuadrada, pero si se usa para televisores minicomponentes computadoras o algún otro equipo que utilice Fuentes conmutadas se necesita una onda sinusoidal pura cosa que este inversor no genera utilízalo bajo tu propio riesgo para equipos conmutados!
6 mosfets of 110 ampers = 660. Divided by 2 = 330 ampers due to energy loss. P = I . V. P / V = I. 1000 / 12 = 83.3A. Those mosfets can support 4 times this power. It can support 4000w. But this transformer should be much bigger in order to do that. Good project, congrats
Chào bác laptop ausus nguồn 19 v 3,42 A.thấy ghi made in china.đo đường sạc pin hơn 3 v.đèn nguồn chỉ có khi có pin nắp vào.sáng đèn 1 nhưng yếu. Đo pin không nên nóng.cắm vào máy không pin kêu tạch tạch. Sáng 1 đèn. Các đèn kia mờ như không thấy sang.như vậy nghi là hỏng gì bác.nguồn sạc từ máy ra pin vẫn còn mà 3 v chênh lệch vậy.

giờ đồng hồ vạn năng số rẻ tiền cũng đo đc tần số rồi. hoặc cứ mắc đầu ra vào quạt điện, chỉnh sao cho nghe thấy êm tai nhất thì dừng lại. hoặc đơn giản hơn vào trang này. tính tần số cho con 555 rồi chỉnh biến trở đến giá trị đó thôi. www.ohmslawcalculator.com/555-astable-calculator
