I followed the instructions and after connecting the b+ wire the red light comes on. I dont know why. Might there be problem with the bms?

Check the temp probe, that its inserted, it prefers being installed in the 2nd port from the right..if facing the ports

Hi, Does a blue tooth module have to be always connected? If i disconect blue tooth module will the battery function properly woth it? Also, will i be able to plug it back on when i want to check battery status? Thank you

This is a built-in Bluetooth function. Therefore, you do not need to plug and unplug the Bluetooth module. To check the battery status, just connect Bluetooth and open the APP. Very convenient!

Hi mine it can only goes upto 98.5 percent of charge I've already tried to wait for 1 hour and it's still 98.5 percent of SOC and showing 275.8a only....i set it up to 280a hope you can help to solve this thankssss

My 100 balance bms24s other cells have not working other string is ok and other is 00 what is the problem?

Please check the wiring and make sure the wiring is correct, don't have miswiring and drop-wiring. Also you can contact our support team , Email to jhbbms@100balancebms.com. They will support you to solve your problem .

The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth can work at the same time.
