For avoiding lumps .first mix some hot ghee in besan and pour the besan ghee semi liquid to the sugar syrup Then slowly add the remaining hot ghee by stirring continuously

I will try tomorrow and give my comments. I like the hot Mysore pak done at home. When we were children, my sister and I used to scrap the kadai for the hot crispy leftovers. Yummy they used to be.
