Well he did the 100 m in 1:45 minutes, which means that even if he slowed down just a bit he could still do the 500 yards in less than 9 minutes, so that’s pretty good
@@modernknight6871 not at all, he doesn't have the technique down. he obviously can push a "good" time in 100m by doing the style with a strength he couldn't hold for more than 200m, that doesn't mean he can make an equivalent time or a little less in five times the meters. ( plus they were obviously 50m not 100m )
@@lucaspangenberggazzano617I generally try to keep the flutter out and I counted 8 or 9 strokes. That is tough to maintain over 500 at that pace. Totally doable but tough. Has a good pull-out though.
