Thanks Dirk. It feels good knowing I've been improving over the years. I've started to feel very confident and comfortable on most grids. Thanks for the kind words.

oh man, feels good watching this, good job Bjorn and Dexter! forcing errors thanks to the combat probing, excellent stuff - got scared for Dexter for a bit when the Domi got on his ass
He was a lot closer to dying then he let off during the fight. We reviewed it afterwards and he probably would have died if the Ashimmu hadn't gone down first. He had been under neut pressure for quite a while.
Great content as always. Really enjoy the PvP content I think it showcases a really dynamic and fun aspect of the game that sometimes gets lost in the static of the large battles.
@@BjornBee I’m in awe of how much composure you show in the heat of battle. You’re coordinating the manual piloting of your ship (including keeping all necessary ranges), you’re liaising with your wingman, you’re assessing your damage output and theirs, you’re lining up the next target, you’re keeping an eye on local, you’re actively combat probing, you’re pulsing various mods and keeping a close eye on when to overheat and when to stop, you’re talking in both local and on your live stream…and you’re remaining totally calm throughout…how the fuck do you do that?!! Dude, I would let you perform open heart surgery on me while you land a plane at the same time.
@@thedudeabides3138 Hehe, it's honestly just practice. I've spent the last few years streaming Eve on a semi daily basis. It's been a blast. I've been spoiled by my community when it comes to assets and ISK, so I've been in a privileged position to experiment with all sorts of ships and fits. Thanks for taking a minute to write that up. Made me smile :)
Have you tried setting yourself goals? Like practicing a certain weapon type for a week & looking for fights in a dedicated way every day to get better at it. Try it. Set yourself small goals of kiting with certain ships/fits & watch yourself improve slowly over time :)
Back in the day I remember watching Endless Subversion and Garmonation 8 - convinced it looked so easy, 5Bn Tengu fit and 5Bn implants later I bailed after a narrow escape in the first fight I took and never tried again. I did have some joy with a 100mn Cynabal later though but that was in a small gang.
From Dexter (my copilot in this vid) who saw Lussy Lou (iBeast) doing it a few months ago. My favorite T3 to do this in is the Loki though. This fit is dope: zkillboard.com/kill/93904172/
@@tarzanzabujca I'm the FC of the dessie gang and we weren't. We were laughing all the way back home. I FC almost exclusively rookie fleets and have no problem welping when it gives everyone a story to tell.
@@BjornBee We figured it was something we couldn't break.. but when we showed up to "help" and it was only you guys, I figured I'd give the rookies a story to take home. ;-D
prnt.sc/1hizgyg It didn't die so can't link you a zkill of it. It's also hard to explain each individual abyssal'd item. I went over it earlier in the stream if you want to check the VOD on twitch.
Only issue or maybe 2 but using HM's your losing so much DPS. yes I know you can dictate range better but if you can't get a point on anyone, they can just bug out when the fights not going there way, you can get pretty good range with HAM's with good Rig choices, drugs and implants, missing out on around 25% increase in DPS, your ship as web and point, can only use these at 24km and under, faction mods only give a few make km, maybe at least have one of your ships fitted with HWM's.

It doesn't matter what you're flying... so long as the communication is clear and detailed, you can talk your way out of a corner in just about any ship. The dual-rep tengu is a bit OP but this video is still a great example for new players wondering what to aspire to in pvp. Always start with good communication.
love it man, keep killin in style. i'd love to see another pvp rorq but only if you don't have to buy one, that indy change screwed the pooch on capitals
