Great Course! Very thorough and well explained! What's the best way to display multiple categories that are clickable to then take you to each category showing the relevant posts? Also what would be better practise when creating hero section, option A. creating a block using ACF or creating a static component?

Thanks. The question related to categories is already explained in this series. For Hero section, if the rest of your post content comes from block, I would recommend using Cover block for hero secton and use style variations to change its styling as per ur needs. Style variations already explained in this series. Thanks

Would really appreciate if you could make a video to create custom woocommerce single product pages by taking a mock off pinterest or behance. Every similar woo single product page tutorial currently on youtube only shows removing hooks for merely rearranging order to put one thing above the other. No one that I know of teaches arranging the woo single product page elements in a html template that is radically different from what vanilla woo offers, in a woo recommended way. Pure PHP. No React, or any other framework. Thank you and I look forward to your reply.

I have a question, In case you would like to create separate template for each archive category in WP what is the best for this for long term? In page level? - Auto-replace archive with page (hack) - Replace archive with matching page if it exists (php snippet) Any thoughts appreciated.

Create a separte file and Add the slug of that category in the file name . Then Wp automatically picks it up Check my tempelate hierarchy video in this series

I have the same setup as you with an Index and archive pages. But the blog posts are using the index instead of the archive page. Is there something I am missing? Thanks as always for the awesome tutorial on WordPress.

Yes u need to set the blog page from customizer. Please check github repo readme and earlier videos in the playlist

@@Codeytek Yes, I set the blog page from the customizer but it using the index page and I just can't figure out why. It is not a big deal because I really don't need the blog page. If I use a starter theme like underscores I don't have that issue but when I create all the theme files I have that issue. Thanks for the quick reply.
