Sir.i work for union bank.not even single person works heartfully in my branch neither do i get any recognition for completing the tasks of other people.instead they treat me as a culprit in some cases.its unbearable.the only solution i found is to grow bigger in union bank..please guide me how to achieve my goal?
In government sector, you can join RBI as grade b officer, SEBI grade A officer, in these places work environment is better than PSBs In private sector, try to get into investment banking, it's very difficult to get into this sector and also difficult to survive so if you're highly skilled and have excellent knowledge of finance, excel, financial modelling and soft skills you can join investment banks here you'll be appreciated ( if your work is great) and promotion are also fast also the salary is high but downside is that there's no work life balance and the job is highly challenging
