In case anyone was wondering, the cone on the chickens head is likely a reference to the Duke of Wellington statue in Glasgow, Scotland. Back in the 80s a traffic cone appeared on the head of the statue which was eventually removed by police however it was shortly replaced with another. This back and forth between the public and police still continues to today, to which the statue is almost never seen without a cone and has become an icon of Glasgow and Scotland more generally.

The reason for the Casino one is that the Casino interior is below the map at that location. There used to be a glitch with the Cayo Perico safe codes setup where sometimes when you left the penthouse, the game would bug out and place you outside at the Noose headquarters.
The giant purple dinosaur is also a reference to the giant dinosaur sculpture/buildings in Cabazon, California. There is a brontosaurus, and a t-rex.There used to be a truck stop/diner just outside, as seen in the movie Pee-Wee's big adventure. The diner is long gone. The dinosaur is also depicted in Fallout: New Vegas.

I think they spend too much time making massive non innteractive maps that are just aesthetically pleasing instead of focusing more on making the actual buildings/cities/people more interactive, for as much time as money that goes into making these games they're actually really limited1
@@G00gLe_was_my_idea989 I'd rather have a smaller map that's filled with dense NPCs with buildings you can enter and interact with, what I've seen from the GTA 6 leaks it looks like we're getting to get a more densely populated map with buildings that aren't just for looks but actual interiors that will can explore and hide in. I'm definitely excited because I'm expecting GTA 6 to be for current gen consoles only meaning the game with be sophisticated enough to take advantage of current gen and hopefully good enough that GTA 6 wouldn't be possible on PS4 and Xbox one. Definitely excited because there hasn't been a single GTA game that I didn't enjoy. Happy gaming ✌️
for #31 it instantly kills you because at one point players would use that spot to get under the map and grief players, insead of fixing the glitch in the first place they just put a kill barrier, theres another one on the bridge by the chopshop on the lower right hand of the map with train tracks right beside it, near lester and micheals building....
Heyy TGG great video bro. As a NYC resident bro I can tell you #40 the maps arent blank they just highlight where the train tracks are routed so because there are no city train stations outside of LS or inside LSIA it looks blank but its only to show "this where the train will be going....its actually pretty good detail if you look at a nyc subway map the only reason it looks colorful is because of all of the train lines...but areas with no train are kind of blank
65 also references the Alien films. In real life, as you pointed out, it’s 'Ripley’s Believe it or Not.' Ripley is the main character in the Alien franchise and in the second film, an android is introduced named Bishop. This is further supported by the UFO on the building in the video. Bonus Aliens reference: The airport truck that moves planes is also called the Ripley, and it’s real-life counterpart was used in Aliens as the basis for the Colonial Marines APC.
13:29 on the PS3 and xbox 360 versions, you COULD go the TV screen. There were challenge videos when the game came out that people would try to fly/parachute through the TV. Some did it, most didn't

8:24 The Kortz Center isn't the University. The University (ULSA) is located in the Richman area in the top left of Los Santos actually pretty close to the Kortz Center.

And, apparently there is speculation that the gta6 trailer will be released today (October 24, 2023), we’ll see if that’s true. Either way, I look forward to exploring new worlds made by Rockstar.
#72 the message didn't say "Wow!" that's what the scientist wrote on the paper when he saw the data. It just looked like an intelligent signal to him because of it's intensity above the background noise. It wasn't actually a decipherable message. It was just one continuous, unmodulated wave. It was never determined whether it actually came from space or if it was a human signal bouncing off the atmosphere.
Ive been playing this game for years, Ive been all over the map including hours on hours under water in the sub. Yet there are still things that I never discovered on my own
You forgot about the second part of the ghost! If you go to the bottom of the cliff, near a campsite, at the same time as the ghost appearance, you can hear a woman screaming. With the sound trailing off as if someone was pushed.
I love the attention to detail in GTA5 graphics etc. Hats off to the artists who did them. Great job, guys and gals. Even things like rats sniffing round the garbage or litter in places. One of my favourite things was when a security guy at the marina started getting belligerent. I punched him and he went down like a felled tree. When he got up he said "well, I'm glad we got that sorted out, you'll know better next time", then ran away. Moments like that really help make the game. I can't praise the creators/programmers highly enough.
#22 ... This is an artifact of most games. There are videos to break this down, but basically most games only render what you are looking at, anything you look away from stops rendering. In many cases movement data is still calculated, but not always. This effect is also visible on the water fountains in GTA, as they will stop working when you are not looking.
The number 8 one is about a serial killer in the game. I once saw a video where they would find other clues and eventually a specific area in the map where 8 bodies are covered and underwater
Fun fact! If you are being pursued by the cops but manage to lose their sight you can put on a mask in style then accessories which as long as you wear that mask you'll have a star removed
#28 Actually anchors don't have to touch the seabed (that would require a very large chain) often they can just increase the drag on the hull, So as the wind blows the ship might try to move forwards and the chain get pulled along creating resistance and some amount of restoring force to pull it partly back to where it was. They're not 100% and after extreme winds for long periods of time the ship could need to be relocated but if you're miles offshore being quarter of a mile off from where you first anchored isn't a big deal.
A reason for the Casino interior location is because when you enter a property/casino etc. The interiors are actually dotted all over the map, underneath it. This is why some interiors (especially garages) feel bigger than what is actually shown outside.
10 years ago, Rockstar made this game which was literally way ahead of its time. Just imagine how GTA 6 will be 😮 People compare today's games with GTA 5, and it still doesn't feel like it's 10 years old. W Rockstar 🗿🔥
GTAV Online is 10 years old. We can have weapons manufacturing bunkers, doomsday facilities, Fortune 500 businesses, gold jets and helicopters, super yachts, weapons and vehicles of mass destruction, and access to the god damn Hammer of Dawn. But even with all of that, we still can't have mansions.
The cone on the chicken statues head is a reference to a statue in Glasgow, Scotland that always has a cone on its head, many times it has been removed but the city stopped removing it because every time they did there would always be a cone on its head a few hours later.
I have probably watched a dozen videos like this over the past 10 years and I still picked up some new things. I did not know that the cargo on could pick up some boulders. The “All you had to do was follow the damn train, CJ!” easter egg, of the map not expanding in the maze.
Funfact about the orange balls, there are two on the map and their physics and position is client sided. Which means if you shoot this ball its still there for other players, also they cant see your ball
On the bridge just before the underpass below the zancudo military base theres white writing on the concrete thats actually not flat to the ground and while in 3rd person you can visibly see it covering your feet. Ive come across alotta these, but thats the one I remember most and is always the one I show new players.
At 9:03 That mural is the mural for the Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center, which is what Wax Haven is based off of, it consists of (from left to right) John Wayne, Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, and Charlie Chaplin.
You can actually go through the TV sign. You just have to time the explosion so you can go through before the glass respawns. Use sticky bombs for best results! GrayStillPlays did it in a video.
#16 the floating light under the bridge, its in the game atleast since smugglers run from 2017 and it already caused me some missions to fail cause i sometimes fly against it
Also if you have the original 4 wheeler in the game you can do a wheelie in the pool on the beach while driving into it and pull back on the stick or what ever button that you have linked to do a wheelie.
Did you know that there is a glitch in Diamond Casino Heist when you go stealth way, you can actually loot everything in the vault without a timer, the glitch can be done when your friend is using the drill on the vault door, you just jump over the closed vault door by jumping on a drill first
