A hydro up high like that is just about as interesting as how they handled the top of the original bldgs. I never got to see this but got on good information that car 50B in each tower were bottom-drive traction cars that ran 105floor-110floor... the only cars to run above 107. (The outdoor observation deck was reached by escalators from 107 floor of WTC 2 (south tower).

By the way the building is actually 94 floors, not actually 104, they are numbered that way

What a cheap design for an elevator in a Class A office tower. This looks like something one would see in a high school in the best case scenario.
