I died when she mentioned his 70 year old daughter. Crazy to know that this guy has children that’s older than my parents

My great aunt lived to be 102 although she was stuck to a bed and wheelchair in a nursing home My grandfather is 87 and cant do what this man can although he can still walk on his own

Great. Nice motivation to stay healthy. I learnt an Acronym from our former president who clocked 85 this past weekend and celebrated it by playing a football match. His secret of youthfulness and fitness is what he called DREMS: Diet, Rest, Exercise, Medical treatment and support, and finally Social Interactions. I personally would have called it DREAMS though, adding Attitude (positive), just to spice things up 😊. Congratulations to the 102 year old man and his 70 year old daughter. What an Inspiration!
