Broadly classified as sandy loam soil. Depth variance of 300mm to +800mm with a clay content of less than 5%. Soils drain well.

Slight sloping South (good drainage). Some areas are rocky with undulating slopes.
Erosion profile:
Low to none - storm water erosion is already well-managed and it does not compromise productivity or marketability.
Fencing: This farm’s boundaries is mostly fully game fenced. There are selected areas where there is only cattle fencing.
Typographic: ±60% of the farm is relative flat with a slight slope with excellent landscape views overlooking the rolling Waterberg Mountains is the farm distance. There is ±15% Rocky ridge areas where the game camps are. The rest is accessible undulating slopes.
